The room is a lot nicer than expected. Its not listed as 5star but the room is nice for 89$. Breakfast is amazing. Location is very close to where everyone goes but still a block away so its quiet.

The staff is amazing! Clean & comfortable beds, the only thing missing is a swimming pool.

The staff was nice, when it comes to the buffet breakfast, most of the time was cold and had to ask the employees to heat it up. The A/C in the room wasn't working well

En general el Hotel es muy limpio las personas muy amables y la comida muy rica . Lo que no me gustó es que dos días seguidos escuche disparos y también pregunté a las chicas del front desk y me dijo que atracaron 2 personas. Bueno lo que les quiero decir es que no caminen a altas horas de la noche por que pasan cosas malas como en cualquier país . De resto todo muy bien .

I enjoyed my stay very much! Alejandro greeted me every day and went out of his way to make me feel welcome, and everyone was super friendly and accommodating. The buffet was awesome, the showers dumped water on you to cleanse the night away, and the coffee was strong and dark after a long night. Gracias para todo!

My favor hotel in Medellin…the entire staff from the cleaning department to the front desk staff to the night guards are amazin!

Very good location and very nice hotel. Communication was at times difficult and it staff didn’t seem to care. Breakfast and room were very good.

El servicio estuvo bien lo único que no me gustó fue que cobraron un impuesto por turista solo porque no reconocen los estatus especiales que otorga el gobierno colombiano, como por ejemplo el PPT de los Venezolanos, de lo demás todo en orden.
