Good place to stay if you’re going to Foxborough

Nice clean hotel. Breakfast area under renovation.

Liked everything. Unfortunately the pool and hot tub were closed due to construction.

Hotel was having a Reno at time of stay. Possibly when complete & smell of paint has had chance to dissipate

I would have appreciated knowing that the property was under renovation before paying the standard price. This is usually a chain I would use and have been happy with but this property was a mess and I had what I could have gotten somewhere else.

Roaches in the room staff was not helpful at all. Construction all day impossible to work due to the noise and music from the construction workers. I had to check out earlier as it was unbearable and staff would not refund.

Convenient location near interstate 495. Beautiful drive up to hotel from main road. Cute breakfast area with lots of hot and cold breakfast choices. Comfortable bed. Very clean and large room. Recommend more TV stations and electric vehicle chargers.

When i arrived very tired around 3:30AM the person at the front desk was rude and said she coukd not find my reservation and was giving me a hard time until finally she said "found it" at 4:30 AM

TERRIBLE SERVICE. POOL AND HOT TUB WERE BOTH DOWN

We had a short stay after an event we were at. We didn’t get to the hotel until about 10:45pm to check in. When we made it to the room the room was cold and the heat wouldn’t work. I called the front desk to tell them that the heat was already set on 90° when we got in the room but it was only 62°. Asked to have someone come look at it and explained a couple times that the heater wasn’t kicking on or anything and they told me to give it time and that was it. We had all been freezing all day and would have loved to been in a warm room but we were so tired we just went to bed. We also went into the bathroom to get ready and there was mold on the ceiling I’m sure from shower steam but was very obvious. They did have a sign they are doing some renovations so hopefully what they are doing will fix the issues we had.

The only thing was I was looking forward to the pool and hot tub and they were both under renovation and I stayed here for that reason and there was no indication in my reservation or before I got to the property that I would not get to used them. I would have changed my reservation if I knew that.

Mattress was in excellent condition and the pillows were nice - not the usual bouncy rubbery ones you find. Location was quiet, coffee available early in the morning - what else do you need to be ready to work the next day?

Clean and comfortable

Hotel was clean and tidy. Comfortable bed. Only thing that was disappointing was that breakfast started at 7am on weekends and for me that’s a half hour too late since I stay for work mostly.

Hotel was under renovations which would have been nice to know… therefore some of rooms were outdated and some of the towel bars for instance were broken. Pool and hot tub worked. Pool was warm and hot tub was hot. Only thing was there were up high windows open which made the air a little chilly especially when there was a breeze. Would have been a good temperature in pool area if windows were closed, as it brought a bit of a chill. Breakfast was decent.
