Breakfast was not included. Had the typical choices and then a coffee bar was extra.

I was there for four nights, when i ask for housekeeping to clean my room they didn’t clean it

Check-in was slow as 2 associates passed me back & forth to complete the process. It’s 100° today and there is clearly an AC issue in the common areas. Room is adequate but the bathroom is dated, peeling & tarnished. Shower floor is a hazard.

Prefab look and feel, in a Hilton 3 star way, but comfortable with friendly efficient front deskers, especially the night shift guys

Very pleasant stay. Check in was easy and staff was friendly. There is plenty of parking. Room was spacious and very clean. Everything was in good working order and the bathroom was well stocked with towels which was appreciated. The breakfast buffet was tasty with a good selection and friendly and attentive service. The only flaw I saw was the nonworking key card access on the exit/entrance door near my room. This made going thru the main room & lobby a necessity, which was fine but it was a long walk around.

Great stay- air conditioning in lobby was broken - thankfully rooms all had ac - staff welcoming and helpful.

No internet the entire weekend. This included the smart TV which is connected to the internet. Unable to call front desk or manager as their phones are also connected to the internet. No acknowledgement from management or front desk.

Short walk to boardwalk and surrounding amenities.

Waited an hour plus past check in - arrives in room and key did not work - nice man helped us in - people next door’s key didn’t work either. Not up to par.

Very nice place to stay

We were assured an early check in. When we got there, it was not an option. Clerk played the blame game. They stated housekeeping was busy. They also stated the clerk who assured us an early check in was in training!This was extremely inconvenient.

Property location good to Rt15. AC in room was great. No AC in lobby made it unusable to meet up with friends or have breakfast. Staff left doors open to get some air but open at where the smokers station was.
