Staff excellent and welcoming. Hotel room was tired and bathroom needs updating

We enjoyed our stay, But for the price you pay, I had expected to get my room vacuumed , bathroom cleaned, and beds made. They came to clean, but pretty much just took out the trash and replenished the towels.

The property was clean and moxies is right there which is handy you don’t have to drive to go eat supper. As for the room it was clean but we were on the bottom floor…which happens sometimes booking through a third party which is too bad I’ve had this happen now a few times…even when we had booked a vehicle we had an issue last year booking through a third party..anyway the room’s door had a gap between door and jam so you could hear everything in the hallway felt like the people were in our room it was so loud…4am people were rolling around so needless to say our sleep was not good.

Adequate parking. Hot tub was warm enough but the jets did not work. Door to hotel room did not lock properly. Toilet in bathroom continued to run.

Good staff, clean room, but at the time of our stay there was no hot water at the time. This was during the night

Had a great stay, room was nice and staff were top notch, the hot tub was HOT but the jets weren’t working at the time.

Parking was great. There were a couple of hockey teams at the hotel:) I think the parents should be advised that supervision 24/7 is a given when using the pool and hot tub. Other than that all was great.

Room was smelly. Bathroom had mold around the shower. Hot tub gave my daughter hives. Our second room smelt like smoke - the windows were all open when we got there, so clearly they had been smoking in the room. We were given $20 off the room for the smoke. Only plus was being attached to Moxies.

Parking great, Staff friendly and when reported a room problem they looked after it quickly.

The hotel itself wasn't bad, the staff was great, however, after travelling all day and arriving around 11:00 PM, I was exhausted and when getting into bed, I noticed crumbs in the bed. I was so troubled by this, I never slept all night so got up and left at 3:00 AM. I believe a refund is warranted.

There’s a massive pothole in the parking lot so I’d watch out for that. The customer service was okay the guy helping me just didn’t seem to care and just wasn’t helpful. The girl at the front desk helping the other customer was great she had a very positive attitude and was very welcoming. There was another employee who came to double check if my stay was good but by that time I was just ready to leave.

Room was clean and front desk attendants were really nice. Price for the room was decent.
