Outstanding!

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. I brought my dog with me, the Hotel has a pet area which supplied poop bags, the area was surprisingly clean.

The water was turned off right before checking out. Had to wait for it to be fixed to shower before checking out.

I liked that gold members got snacks upon checking in and that the front door of the hotel wouldn't open unless you had a room key

The hotel room was good, the staff member during breakfast was very rude.

We had a nice stay at the hotel ease at check-in, only issue was at breakfast the staff member was very rude to both of my daughters.
