Arrived and had to wait because our room was not ready at the 3 pm check in time. When we were able to check in we had a different room type than the one reserved. We were ok with it until discovering after coming back from dinner that the air conditioning did not work. The best they could do was split our family into two rooms for the first night of the stay. Both of those also had air conditioning issues (it was barely functioning in one room and not at all in the other). We were unable to sleep for most of the night. We were finally transferred to the room we had actually reserved for the second night which did have working air conditioning but it would shut off during the night and we would have to get up to turn it back on. We were given free breakfast for the inconvenience but not with it given all the issues we experienced.

What a lovely stay , food was good gorgeous setting for the restaurant. Helpful staff and a very clean and tidy hotel Will definitely stay again.

We used to come to this hotel before and this time, we were very disappointed Restaurant was closed, check in was delayed 1 hour, bar was also problematic. Overall, the hotel needs to do some efforts to keep their customers

Hotel was clean and staff fantastic. Single beds very narrow.

The pool and the sauna were nice and breakfast was excellent. Some details would need attention for it to become a fantastic hotel, for example our glasses were not washed by housekeeping, the canvas on the pool table was torn. But we had a good time.

This hotel is situated in a beautiful area, well used is the best description but clean, modern and suited what we needed. Additional benefit to use the spa, gym and pool. Exceptional service from the receptionist think her name was Victoria x

The only comments I could make would be that the beds in the ‘hotel’ section were all single’s, and the evening menu was a little limited - it was very nice but a little limited. The staff were all excellent.

This hotel unfairly tries to extract money from you at every opportunity. Firstly, they advertise they they have an indoor pool, but they don’t mention that it costs €17 per person per day to use it, though this does include the sauna and hamman. If you don’t have inclusive breakfast it costs a huge €21 per person per day. There is a room service “cool” breakfast available at €7 per person plus a €7 tray charge. This seems reasonable until you go to check out and they charge you the €21 on top. This is not mentioned on the in-room breakfast menu card, so breakfast for two people ended up costing an outrageous €63, which is very poor value. The rooms are tired, and there was a rip in the net curtain and stains on the pillow, plus a near rip in the duvet cover and a cracked sink in the bathroom. As others have mentioned, even though we booked a room with a king size bed the booking was made with 2 single beds. Fortunately the hotel had spare available king rooms. Half of the car park was taped off for no apparent reason, leaving it short of spaces once all guests had arrived. Service is patchy. Some staff were good, but others hopeless. All in all, not a good experience. We won’t be going back!

Restaurant was closed due to lack of having a chef! Breakfast was below average.. breakfast hot food was not hot.. coffee machine not working properly which caused a long line just for coffee.. the kettle in room was dirty, unable to use.. the bar was not attended, so not able to offer a drink to my friends.. and room was pretty dusty

Very disappointing experience - never again! Unfriendly, incompetent staff, lousy service and hidden information about extra fees for the wellness/pool and gym. No additional towels provided. Not children/family friendly: restricted pool times (in the late evening and early morning only) and full price for the breakfast for the little ones (21 EUR) - and very dangerous esp. for babies: the windows in our room were very low but had no railings and could only be opened completely-unbelievable!!!
