My 5 star review is in part due to the staff. They were so kind, helpful, and went out of their way, on several occasions, to make our stay better. The rooms have laminate floors. I love this because their is no smell from old carpet. The room and bathroom were clean, the beds were clean and acceptable. They allow pets! I did not bring one, but there was no pet smell in the hallways or in the room. The pool was nice. However, the pool room needs some updating. We didn't utilize the complementary breakfast. It has cereal, breads, waffles, juice, milk, yogurt, and a turkey sausage/egg/pita thing available. You cannot take it to your room. The only complaint I have is that there is no elevator. If stairs are an issue, this hotel is not for you. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay, wonderful staff, clean rooms, and the kids enjoyed the pool.

The rooms were extra large. The staff was very kind and helpful with any information I needed. The rooms had plenty of outlets, refrigerator and microwave.

rooms are large with a sofa couch in all rooms only thing there is no elevator but it’s only a 2 level so it wasn’t that bad we would stay again ❤️

Hotel was ok but the sink didn't work in our room.. the continental breakfast was extremely limited.

Unfortunately, our experience at this location was disappointing. As soon as we entered the room, there was a strong odor—like old urine masked with air freshener—which became even more noticeable when we sat on the first bed. The fitted sheet was torn, exposing a stained and visibly dirty mattress. Both mattresses sagged significantly in the center, giving the impression that they were well past their prime. When we raised our concerns, we were told the beds were only a year old, which made the condition even more surprising. In addition, the toilet seat was broken—the bolt was loose, causing the seat to shift dangerously when used. To his credit, the front desk attendant did come to fix it promptly. However, the overall condition of the room made it impossible for us to stay. We ended up leaving within an hour of checking in. On a positive note, the staff was understanding and helped us with the cancellation. Still, based on this experience, I would not choose to stay here again.

The overall facility and room was great. The only problem was no working shower head in our room.

The price was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The AC worked great. However the hotel was very out dated, the bathroom was yellowing due to being old and we felt like we couldn’t touch anything in it. One toilet paper roll was 3/4 used and there were little dents/holes in the walls. Between the door and the frame there was a gap at the top that the hallway light shined through. Also the tv just stopped working around 10:30 pm but did start working the next morning.

This hotel is nothing like the pictures show what so ever. The hall ways were filthy. They have NO ELEVATOR so you have to carry everything up stairs. It was hot. Pool is nothing like pictured also. They had no extra blankets for the pull out sofa. 10/10 DO NOT recommend.

No restaurants around to eat continental breakfast was very slim and didn’t start till 630. No coffee maker in the room.

I only needed a place to stay while my daughter was attending a training for her job. The staff was super friendly and helpful even knowing I was only going to be there to sleep for a few hours. Super clean and nice. I appreciate everything.

Staff were nice, room was okay with cheaper furnishings but our room had holes in the bathroom door and the shower surround. Note that the sink and vanity are in the entryway with the microwave and refrigerator.

They charge me for smoking in room and i didn't smoke

Unit was quiet, room was clean, ac unit was quiet. Great stay for the price!
