Bad customer service, price was not honored for reservation. Expedia did a great job to try to resolve the situation, but the hotel was very rigid with their policies and procedures. No fridge or ice for the room. Bathrooms were a slip hazard after shower.

Mi cuarto muy ruidoso , no pude descansar, mucho ruido de la calle hacia adentro y estaba en un 5 piso , no pude descansar e iba de trabajo. La camarista pasa a tocar la puerta muy temprano , debajo de mi cama estaba sucio el piso no limpian bien . Y un tipo muy grosero en la recepción para pedir la clave de wifi y me dijo mal y rápido

This Ritz hotel does not meet the standards of an actual Ritz hotel. Hallway floors were damaged and dirty. Shower curtain smelled and had mold. Great location though!

The Ritz was a terrible experience. They refused to change our date, leading to endless back-and-forth with both Expedia and the hotel. We ended up leaving two days early, and they didn't even approve our refund. The front desk staff provided absolutely no customer service. The air conditioning barely worked, and the floors were dirty. Rooms are not sound proof you could hear everything, I strongly advise against staying here.

Great location, very noisy area at night, no parking. Had to pay extra. It was a great experience over all…

En general tuve una muy buena experiencia, en este hotel, sobre todo por la excelente localización que tiene, exactamente a la mitad de distancia entre Bellas Artes y el Zócalo, pudiendo llegar a ambas partes en 5 minutos a pie. Lo recomiendo ampliamente y si volvería a hospedarme de nuevo.
