Nice bathroom! Great kitchenette.

We visited Charlotte for a Savannah Bananas game, so the area was packed with visitors. Despite being right in the middle of everything, the staff at the Residence Inn were friendly and made the checkin process quick and painless. Our room was ready on time and very clean. The bed was very comfy! We would definitely stay here again, especially with the proximity to the stadium and ballpark.

Hotel was great and everyone was very friendly

The room smelled like smoke and possibly urine.

It is am awesome place to stay. The only thing I would ask is to get some shower chairs for the accessible bathtub rooms.

Loved the location. we went to the Charlotte knights game. such a great location. also rode our bikes on the downtown trail. went to the optimist food hall.

Very seamless check in process with friendly staff. Hotel was very nice and clean .

The view of the city was the best part of the stay

The hotel is located very close to the conference center and stadiums which is a plus. But it could use a little TLC! It’s a bit worn in places and attention to detail isn’t up to par. Breakfast was good and our room was spacious.

The staff was amazing ..however we had a couple of hiccups but manager was on it!!!
