Really cant comment, construction going on in area

The staff couldn’t be better. They were absolutely wonderful in every way thank you so much.

The room I had. Tub wasn’t clean went to cvs that morning to clean the tub let the front desk know and she told me that they wasn’t able to get to it. I wouldn’t book again.

Nice hotel overall, we stayed here back in 2018 and had no issues!

Near the UMKC where our granddaughter is going to college.

The hotel staff was very friendly and very inviting. The hotel was a little run down but very cute lobby and area. Walking distance to lots of shops. Only real issue we had was the shower was messed up but we were still able to use it but it was just really loud.

It was quiet, well kept and had what i needed available for my brief stay.

The shower head was broken, bathroom was filthy. Urin dripping down the toilet seat upon arrival. Bed side lamp and headboard have drips that I can only assume are semen. The neighborhood is not safe and I travel often. Either Wyndham is now trashy or they should not of put their name on this place.

Hotel is ok. Definitely needs remodeling. The bathroom nob came off when trying to shower. The shower nozzel was loose. Coffee machine was broke and not clean. Had breakfast but definitely not working $95 a night.

Parking was pretty available, staff was nice and hispitable, the building and architecture was beautiful, and we gotvthe jacuzzi room which was very nice, but the piping and lighting system were older and the jacuzzi would drain a little faster than we'd like with the plug in. Over all a nice stay though

The place seems dirty from the moment yoh walk in. Unfortunately, it was the only hotel with ability. I don't recommend it if you have issues with neatness, towels are dirty, bed sheets too. On the other hand, the staff was super friendly and willing to help with accommodations.

The young lady checking me in was wonderful, both friendly and helpful.

Front parking area is well lit and inviting.

Does need renovation. The grout in the bathroom was black and disgusting. I itched after Sleeping in that bed. There was no disclosure prior to checkin to let the guest know of the condition.
