This is a very nice hotel in a good location. Parking is limited but was available for us. Upper rooms have city views. Pleasant breakfast room.

Only had trouble driving to hotel. Had to go through lots of pedestrians

Staff was so friendly and helpful! Aurelie was AMAZING with her recommendations of places to visit and restaurants! Wish all staff in hotels were as welcoming and helpful!

Unfortunately they only seem to have 4 parking spaces, which had already been occupied.Sadly that’s not visible when booking. Staff is very friendly and helpfull, good size room, wonderful bed, good bathroom with seperate toilet

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The reception desk obviously live their city and have great advice of what to see and how to get the best out of limited time in the city.

the place is fantastic from the moment we arrived the staff was very helpfull with information greating very friendly willing to give as much information about the area and around Normandy the city of Caen is perfectly located to Nomandy 30 mnts drive Mnt st Michelle is a little father about 1hour but is easy to get there also many places and other cities close by Bauyex Henfleur Etretat place we recomend visiting from this hotel and the staff are fantastic cant wait to go back many other places to visit in Normandy. we recomend Best Western Plus. parking is on site also publick parking you can par on the street at night but you must move it before 08:30am easy to drive in Normandy we drove from the airport of Paris. Great job guys hope to see you soon
