When evening came the sound of the air conditioning was so loud that it was unbearable. The stay ended at that moment because the front desk could find no room in the hotel that did not have this level of noise and bother. It was a terrible experience, mostly because the stay ended-who could stay in a place in which sleep was impossible?

Right next to an excellent restaurant. The only other business in a closed, large shopping center. Rooms were obviously not cleaned thoroughly. Had to ask switch rooms as there was black mold in the bathroom and no working air. Next room has dirty wash cloth hanging on shower rod in with fold off curtain.

Room was dirty, area around the hotel is desolate other than a Texas Roadhouse. We got locked out of our room, and had front desk re-key our room 3 times, before the front desk agent finally came up with us and opened the door. Keys still didn’t work after that, meaning someone HAD to stay in the room to open the door when taking the dogs out. Every employee at this property seemed to be ready for a new job.

Too many bad things happened to list them all, but the worst was when they charged is $10 per day parking without telling us we were going to charged for it. Since stayed 30 days, they added $300 to our bill.

The staff was pleasant and helpful, but the facility is very run down. Frig in our room was broken and our food all had to be thrown. Hot tub was half full and had algae. Strong chemical cleaning smells in hallways. Lamps broken in the rooms. Microwave was missing in one room.

The staff was generous enough to upgrade my room at no charge due to unforeseen circumstances and I was very grateful for that. It was difficult keeping the rooms warm, but it wasn't bad. The only bad thing about the place is the location. There isn't much in that location anymore, but it isn't a deal breaker. I would consider staying there again.

Upon arrival, the exterior of the hotel was poorly lit, with almost no lighting in the parking lot. The check-in clerk was rude and unwelcoming. Inside the room, the carpet was stained, and the closet doors were missing. The fireplace was nonfunctional, leaving the room uncomfortably cold. The curtains were visibly dirty, with dust accumulated at the top. The bedding consisted of only a thin sheet and a flimsy top cover, with no blanket provided. The pillows were equally thin and offered no support.
