Yes , very nice

Checked in a few days before this reservation on a bridge reservation made by my hosts. Hotel promising on entry but the room given was not what I paid for. When i asked about changing the room to the upgraded room this reservation covered suddenly the desk clerk didnt understand my english - needless to say no room change occurred Room was run down and had mold issues.

It was nice

Noisy, old, and payed twice as at the balcony rate fee.

Not for me

Great time at this location. It was very comfortable and is in a great location close to a lot of nice things. Only downside was I got sick from eating the ham at the breakfast buffet and it left me throwing up for about half a day. Other than that, everything was pristine. Shoutout to Thiago at the reception for being amazing at his customer service skills

I have been staying at this hotel for few years now Every time i come to São Paulo/Brazil. Friends and families have also stayed here because I recommended it. it was different, this last visit . The rooms are tired, windows Brocken/falling apart in fact and impossible to have some fresh air coming in , carpete old and nasty. Service is no longer what it used to be. The team couldn’t care less and they didn’t. We won’t be staying here ever again. It had its days. Having a newly decorated reception area won’t do it. They have also removed the Tv package with international channels so all that was left was four local Channel and one being a religion related Chanel. Rude as not everyone has the same god.

The bathroom shower was mouldy & the towels were threadbare & old. The staff were unhelpful & disengaged. Great location, close to everything and the pool was lovely. Our experience could have been better if we had had better customer service.

Very ridiculous hotel. I was sleeping in my room in the night. Suddenly a man opened my door with a key and entered my room. I don't understand how this would happen. It is totally unacceptable. Even this happened, I didn't see the hotel manager come to see me. Just a front desk woman called me to downstairs and say sorry to me. I will never ever to live in this hotel again.

Hotel is well located, personnel is friendly and courteous, very professional and warm. Hotel looks really new outside, now the rooms look dated. Also, why no coffee on room? And machine in lobby only available at 2pm? Who needs coffee at 2pm. Give coffee to you guess

Room had a beautiful view. I would update the flooring and perhaps the mattress needed an update. Other than that it was great.

The hotel is very modern and central.I love my room.The staff at the front desk is very attentive,helpful and professional. I highly recommend to stay at Blue tree Paulista Hotel.

It was convenient and well kept. Bathrooms need tissues and small hand towels.

The room was very basic, with no extras or nice touches. Although I stayed two nights, I received no housekeeping service. My complaint about this at checkout was met with a shrug. There was considerable street noise at night at least until midnight. If I had paid less for the room, I would not have minded as much, but the room was expensive. Certainly not worth it to come back after a long workday to an unmade bed and damp towels.
