Its lost&found worked quite well for me. I left my windbreaker which the staff picked up, kept and returned to me.

Large hotel within easy reach of all the sites. Our room was comfortable and very clean. Staff were friendly. If i return to the city i would definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay at the Mercure Wroclaw. Everything perfect the only small issue was the room was very warm and no window that opens for air. There was air conditioning but made very little difference. The pillows also weren't the most comfortable but again very small issues. The hotel was very clean and the service was very good

Very comfortable, central hotel. Nice selection for breakfast. Lots of little ways they are trying to be more environmentally friendly and reduce waste. The only downside was the shower didn't have great pressure.

The Hotel is ideally located for the city centre yet still far enough away for some peace and quiet. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and modern. We ate the hotel breakfast each morning and would highly recommend it due to the wide selection of tasty fresh food options. The staff were all very friendly and helpful when we asked for information of how to get around and find things in the city.

Good central location, good size room and nice view of church. Rooms above were very loud which was annoying. Overall not bad but not great.
