Rooms were fine, however there was a loud party held in the hotel that did not stop until 3am and rooms don’t have great sound insulation from adjacent rooms. Location was good

Lovely hotel with really friendly, professional staff. Great breakfast offered. We had a really good meal in the restaurant for a very reasonable price. The room was modern and spotlessly clean. The location was very good too - right beside the old town. Definitely recommend.

Great Stay in a Convenient Location I had a lovely stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and polite, which made the whole experience feel welcoming from start to finish. The entrance lobby and common areas had a modern and inviting look, creating a great first impression. My room was clean and well presented, although the colour scheme and furniture felt a bit dated. That said, everything was comfortable and functional. The bathroom was a standout—modern, fresh, and well-maintained. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the city centre and with great transport links nearby, making it easy to explore the area. Free Wi-Fi was a nice bonus, although it’s worth noting that only two TV channels were available in English. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay with great service and a prime location. I’d be happy to return!

Staff was helpful prior to check-in and after with storing bags while sightseeing. Room was clean and spacious. Cleaning staff in the halls were friendly.

Nice hotel near the city center. It is also connected to shopping mall. Very convenient location.

All great except the room was boiling and the AC wouldn’t go down to an acceptable temperature

Great location for the centre. Easy to find. Large rooms and bathrooms. Bed comfortable but didn’t find the pillows very comfortable. Only USB ports are on the back of the TV. Friendly staff, would recommend the hotel for anyone with walking difficulties- no steps, flat walk up the centre. Good transport links available. A great destination.!

Very service minded staff, nice breakfast

The hotel was nice. Just know you are on a very busy street (not that you really hear it. Soundproof windows. But very convenient to get into the heart of the old city. If you’re driving it’s kinda tricky. They only have have about 6 free parking spaces out front (I did find one of them) but plenty of parking in the garage (for a fee) that is connected to the hotel.
