The stay was great. The staff was helpful and friendly, however the air conditioning was poor. We even mentioned it to the working in the bistro who was sweating and had a fan.

When you make the reservation they let you know that the breakfast is available and has a cost of 4 to 11 dollars, but they never specify that what is available is a starbucks with their normal prices. Please specify this type of detail

We had a wonderful stay! The staff was fabulous specially Chris at the Tiki Hut. She made our visit fun. All the staff was pleasant and accommodating. There is construction going on but you could barely hear it, only at mid day! Nicely done. The rooms were awesome and neat and clean!!

Staff were super friendly, loved the pool with plenty of food and drink options.

The bed was comfortable. The property was quiet. My meal was incomplete. The kitchen and the service staff didn’t know what the menu said. Although, they quickly fixed the situation after they checked the menu. The facilities were old and the tub was rusting. There also wasn’t a fan in the bathroom.

While it looks very nice, the down comforter is too warm for the Florida climate. A lighter alternative would be preferred.
