We arrived at your hotel yesterday morning and unfortunately had a disappointing experience at the front desk. The lady who assisted us was very rude and unhelpful. We kindly requested an early check-in, but she made us wait in the lobby from 9:00 AM until 1:30 PM without any clear communication or courtesy. She seemed distracted and was often on her personal phone.
This was especially disappointing because just six days ago, we stayed at the same hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff member who helped us then was very professional—he even offered us complimentary water and made us feel welcome.
In contrast, this time we felt ignored. When we asked if we could store our luggage, our request was dismissed without any explanation.
We hope this feedback will help improve your service. We were truly looking forward to another pleasant stay, but sadly, this experience fell short of our expectations.
