Beautiful hotel and amazing location. Beds are very comfortable. Although their pool is under renovation, they thoughtfully provided us with a voucher to access a nearby hotels spa/pool which was super nice!

Clean Room Excellent Sky Bar and Super Breakfast

I am used to the room being cleaned everyday, in this hotel the cleaning staff came in first day and just changed the floor towel, in the bathroom and didn't clean the coffee mugs or clean the bins, or make up the bed, and I found a small sticker in the bathroom that if you leave the towels on the rack they will not be replaced, the following day i put all dirty towels on the floor, but they only replaced the bath towels and forgot to put fresh hand towels. The third day I had to explicitly tell them to replace towel change bed linen and clean the room for them to do their job, and on the fourth day I left at 12:00 told reception i need the room cleaned returned at 16:00 to find room as is no cleaning or changing towels, I had to cal reception again to send someone to clean the room, also they do bot put water for you in the room, they put 2 empty bottles that you have to fill from machine in the corridor. While it was easier that they provide the water when cleaning the room.

This was adequate but not great. We booked this place specifically for their spa. They didn’t let any guests know ahead of time that the spa is actually closed & under renovations. They had let us know ahead of time, we would’ve canceled and stayed down the street. But they upgraded us to a save your room. The room is still very small, the side tables are severely ineffective, and the bathroom lacks storage. But the location is amazing, the staff is very friendly, and there are wonderful on site, restaurants and bars..

The room is fantastic very clean and staff , very helpful everything was great, so definitely recommend and we come back again. Also the view was beautiful!!! Thank you!

Breakfast was outstanding, staff was efficient and kind, the pool was amazing for my kiddos, and the view of old town Riga from the hotel could not be topped. A++++ stay
