The property is welcoming with a nice pool and an excellent breakfast!

Breakfast cold

Loft room has plenty of space. Elevator stopped responding to room key cards to go up but we could still use them down. Service was grear and friendly, were able to change our room easily.

El telefonio muy biejo de los cuerto , llamas a recepcion y nunca contestan y la gente de servicio al cuerto mandaron toda mal mi orden tuve q debolver el paltillo

Originally were given a room that was dirty and deteriorated the following day we were moved to an slightly better room. We were 3 of on the reservation and the cleaning person kept leaving 2 towels only we had to call the front desk to ask for an additional towel. We were told by another guest no to use the restaurant as the food quality was poor, and prove that to be correct on our last day of stay. The room service however was much better but will never try the breakfasts buffet. This was a great disappointment after staying in your hotels in Mexicali Guadalajara and viaducto CDMX

Everyone was so nice, especially the Saturday night staff and gerency.

Beautiful property but hotel was hard to find. Signage could be improved.

El hotel sucio, la atención limitada a lo básico sin iniciativa y deseo de servir. La recepción da acceso a las 3:00 pm en punto y si usted no pide que bajen el equipaje y lo resguarden en el lobby no lo ofrecen. La actitud del personal de la recepción con cara de hacer el favor a uno de atenderlo, únicamente un Sr de nombre Isaac con una excelente actitud y atención, gracias Isaac. Jaladeras deterioradas. Los pasillos alfombrados no ayudan al avance de las ruedas de las maletas, la duela de la habitación estaban levantadas o rotas. Los kleenex con 5 pañuelos literalmente. El tanque del WC roto y “pegado”. 12:02 pm y no han retirado el bufete de la mañana. El futbol y la música a lo que dan con muy buen ruido para desayunar. Sin cargadores para autos que NO sean Tesla. Nada de carga para otras opciones.

Terrible. Not worth the price at all. Old, deteriorated, smelly. Old towels, no shampoo. Old floors, no heating. Should not be expedia VIP at all

The room was dirty, specially the bathroom. There was mold and rust stains in the walls. The toilet accessories were broken/needed fixing, the toilet paper holder was not well fixed. The bed sheets and towels had stains. The staff was kind and helpful and the food was delicious. Unfortunately, I didn't feel comfortable due to the state of the facilities. I won't be coming back.
