Very clean and well maintained

They did not make any effort to offer a room upgrade or any other platinum extra’s. Wifi was a complete nightmare : worked for 10 minutes - than nothing for the rest of the stay

Food is amazing. First class food and staff

While the check-in staff at this hotel was very friendly—a glimmer of hope at first—it was all downhill from there. The dining experience was a disaster from start to finish: we ate three meals at the hotel, and each one was worse than the last. They never honored our reservation times, and on one occasion, we waited a full hour before anyone even took our order for lunch. The restaurant staff were completely disorganized and inattentive, and the food & beverage director clearly doesn’t understand the basics of customer service. If that weren’t enough, I had booked and paid for a “Prestige Garden View” room, only to be given a room with a small, waist-high window—hardly the experience promised or expected. This hotel is poorly managed and fails to deliver on even the most basic expectations of a luxury property. Save your money and look elsewhere—there are far better options nearby that actually know how to treat their guests.

Fantastic experience

Absolutely loved my stay at Grand Hotel Bristol Spa Resort! The rooms were elegant and spotless, the views over the coast were stunning, and the spa was a true highlight — incredibly relaxing and well-maintained. Staff were warm and attentive throughout. One of the best resort experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend!

We had a very good stay in the room with a view enjoying the good restaurants, the nice SPA and the swimmingpool. We got very good service also for planing our excursions and visits to local restaurant in Rapallo. The shuttle was a very good service. From a sustainability-wise, we could have used towels and sheets a bit more/longer. The late night music on the veranda was a bit disturbing.

The hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff very friendly and we felt so welcomed. Perfect with the shuffle-service. The breakfast was great. We would love to go there again.

Overall a clean and comfortable stay and staff were very helpful and polite. The restaurant however was a little understaffed, so service was slow. Nice sea view.
