The hotel has a very good location right on the beach. The beach, kiosks and chairs are groomed every day. Food/drinks service on the beach can get a bit slow if the pool area gets busy at lunch time. Breakfast was the best meal from in the all-inclusive for us, followed by lunch, dinner was a bit flat, but we found good restaurant choices within walking distance. The lady that ran the games in the pool was a blast and the entertainment in the evenings was fine too. All the staff are very professional, friendly and helpful. The room and all common areas were very clean but they're all a bit dated.

For the price, this hotel was a great option. Had a small issue at checkout paid for late checkout, was told that included all inclusive, then at the bar they said it did not include all inclusive.

Pool is in very poor condition. Device went missing from the room and staff were not concerned. If you want a family place, visit. If you don’t enjoy screaming kids in the pool and want to relax, go elsewhere.

Staff meal every thing is good

Every time we flushed the toilet, an awful septic smell came up in our room… Also the air conditioner did not work…

The breakfast is outstanding. The dinner, not so much. There is a quaint downtown area withing walking distance (for an active person. It is about 2 kn away).

This is home away from home. The buffet is authentic and everything is homemade.

My stay overall was pleasant. I felt like the hotel itself is very clean and the staff is polite and very kind. I gave it four stars because the place is run down a bit. They have a beautiful water façade that was empty. The pool is missing tiles and all the furniture looks like it has been there since day one. The breakfast was pretty good. They have a great spread that changes slightly every day so I encourage people to get the all-inclusive breakfast. The location is also really good. You can always exit the property to get food and explore the town a little more.

Decent, clean room accommodations, buffet style breakfast with basic options...maybe not worth the price depending upon selection. Staff offered very basic service and interactions, nothing special in comparison to other adjacent properties.

Everything was great! Service was amazing, location and access to beach was perfect. Hotel could use updates & remodel, outdated & a bit worn down in some areas.

The all inclusive package is a great deal, each meal is a variety of delicious food and drink. The staff are all very helpful and friendly, they really seem to enjoy their jobs. The pool area and umbrella area on the beach are very nice. This resort is a step down on the party scale, but it's PERFECT for a slower, quieter experience. If you want the loud parties, take an Uber to San Lucas and enjoy the craziness there. Then come back to Posada Real for a calm evening. :)
