This is our 4th time staying here and most likely our last. We chose to pay for the included breakfast only this time, as opposed to all-inclusive. The breakfast food was not good. It used to be amazing. It used to be our favorite meal. Now the food is bland and the few choices of meat options were really bad quality cuts. We had breakfast 3 times there and only one time were we approached by a server for our needs (gracias Enrique). We noticed that the servers mostly approached paying customers - I’m guessing hoping for tips and not so much to all-inclusive guests. Also, the food is extremely expensive for paying guests. Cheaper to eat at local restaurants. The service around the main pool is also lacking in the same way. No one came and asked if we wanted anything. The other pool had amazing service and quieter. Also, the beach at this resort is not swimmable. It actually was quite rough and rocky. So disappointed, but also know there are many other resorts to choose from next time.

Overall the my hold experience was superb. The staff was helpful in every aspect of the property. The Restuarants Chefs and Staff went out, and cook and served what ever order do to diateries health. The food was delicious. Bar tender prepare cocktails to my libation list. The specialties restuarant are phenomenal I highly recommend.

The resort was clean, well maintained, and had a relaxing atmosphere. We loved spending time by the pool, watching the sunsets. It was the perfect place to unwind after our daily adventures around Puerto Vallarta.

We loved the people and facilities, except for these minor details: After checking in, they ask you to speak with an employee who is supposedly there to help you collect your luggage (which they initially place on a bellhop cart) and guide you to your room. However, this person is actually a salesperson. Before you know it, you’re being offered “complimentary” gifts and activities “for hotel guests” and subtly pressured into scheduling a timeshare presentation. They make it feel like this is simply the next step in the in the check-in process and that they’re helping you get to your room and luggage, but that’s not the case -it felt very sneaky. We booked four rooms, three of them with an ocean view, but only one actually had a view of the ocean. After wasting time with the initial sales pitch and being exhausted from traveling and sleep-deprived, we simply accepted the rooms we were given. We didn’t have the energy to go back downstairs and spend even more time trying to resolve the issue. The bathroom design offers very little privacy. The bathroom “walls” are made of frosted glass, so family can still see your silhouette while you’re using the toilet or taking a shower. In my opinion, it’s a poor design choice. The rooms also had a very strong humidity smell. It was somewhat overpowering -could be uncomfortable for people with sensitive noses. Nonetheless, the facilities are nice, and all of the employees we interacted with were VERY kind and friendly. I loved that!

Highly recommend staying here!

The employees and room cleaners made a lot of noise outside the door from 6 in the morning it was horrible I had open the door and told them twice!!!

Unique beautiful resourt- very green, amazing gardens, everything is so natural and authentic. Grounds are well maintained. Love it- it was my 4th time there and I am coming back!

I’ve stayed at the Sheraton many times! They always have something going on by the pool or special dinners or sometimes fireworks! You will always see someone tending to the plants, which are gorgeous. Room service is 24hrs, gym is 24hrs, pool closes a little early but within walking distance of the night life. And close to Pepe’s tacos which is a favorite in PV. Inclusive is definitely worth it!

It was such a great experience this was our 3rd year going. It just doesn’t get old going there. Everything you may need is right there. Rosalba, Marco, y Gabriel were great!!

The hotel is an older property but nicely kept in the best location. It has a nice beach and pools. Downtown is literally a ten minute walk,

The Sheraton Bougainvillea was perfect! The impeccable service from Orlando, Carlos and Joel during breakfast, to Isabel at the pool, we couldn’t have been treated more courteously or respectfully. Everyone was helpful and everything was tastefully thought out, from the blackout curtains in the rooms to the fun mariachis and bands that made our stay so memorable and fun. We will definitely be back and can’t wait to return!

The staff was amazing, friendly and very helpful. The room was clean except the curtains which they promptly replaced. I did not use the spa, it was a bit too expensive. I used the gym daily, staff was very nice, gym was clean. The pool was very nice and clean as well. I would go back with my family, it would be great to get senior discounts or family discounts. Also I must say the buffet breakfast was outstanding and the staff was amazing.

The hotel is very outdated , staff not friendly at restaurants, food average and hard to make dinner reservations even when the property is not full.

Second time staying here and I love this place so much! Great rooms and very clean! We will definitely be back! Staff was amazing 10/10!!
