Excellent! The gym is great, the environment is beautiful, clean, and the staff are polite. The reception staff are also very helpful and patient.

Everything was great. You could refill your drinking water in your room directly through a special tap next to the sink, which was really cool. The only downside was the food, which wasn't very tasty despite the wide variety.

The hotel is close to a bus stop, making it easy to get around. The hotel doesn't have a bidet, making it difficult to defecate. The food isn't Muslim-friendly, and there are no Muslim-friendly restaurants in the surrounding area.

It was close to Newton Mall, which is a very big mall with access to MRT. 20 minutes walk and 10 minutes taxi ride. Overall stay was good except the check-in process of some of our friends was not too smooth.

Great experience during the stay. A bit far from the city center, but there are good restaurants around the hotel. Also, the staff are friendly.

Even the room is way too small, but the view right to the river was great and the environment around hotel is good, fresh air, not too noisy and quite near (10 mins walk) to mtr station and the bus stop is just right in front of the hotel.

The surrounding was so good. So many restaurants and almost all were good. Watsons dan sevel were there. Distance to MTR OK.

The hotel is quite good, walking to the nearest station takes about 15 minutes, outside the hotel there is a supermarket. It's okay.

From the airport, take the A41 and get off at stop 9, cross the road to the hotel. The surrounding atmosphere is good, there are bike paths, running paths, and rowing paths. You can check in early. The staff is polite and there is no deposit. The room is okay, you can open 2 bags. Book a premium room with a mountain view. You have to tap your card to enter the elevator before you can press the floor. You get a room on the 17th floor, room 008. The hallway is carpeted. The cleanliness is not smooth, there is still dust, but it is okay. The equipment is complete, 2 towels, a heater for winter, a wardrobe, a water filter, a kettle, coffee, tea. The bathroom has a glass, it is blurry. There are 2 plugs and URESB. The TV can watch many channels. On the way back, the bus stop is in front of the hotel. From the bus stop, you can take a small green minibus. Take the 65A-67A-67K line to Sha Tin station, then take the train to Che Kung Temple, walk to MTR Sha Tin Wai for 10 minutes, follow the MTR signs in front of the hotel, take bus B8 to Tai Wai Railay station, take the bus for 5 stops, 9 minutes walk to Che Kung Temple.

Great hotel, the room is big and clean. I stay here because it is near Prince Wales Hospital.
