Poor wifi, wasn't able to work as it the service was not strong enough. The gym was out of serive for the 2 days I was there.

The property has a great location within walking distance of anything you need. The property has a rooftop deck that was great for watching the sun set and enjoying the complimentary wine during happy hour. The breakfast was adequate finding enough things to keep it interesting for the four day stay. The one issue we had was there is some deferred maintenance creeping in but not enough to stop us from staying here again if the opportunity presents itself. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great spot for a quick stop over. Close to everything, easy parking and wonderful staff.

Everything was great! Breakfast was a bit busy.

The room was very clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. I did not give 5 stars because the water faucet is flowing so slow.

Overall the rooms are clean and big. My complaint is that the walls are so thin that you can hear the conversation in other rooms. I mean it sounds like they're sitting next to you talking.

Nice room. Balcony and a gas fireplace in the room. Walking distance to everything. Free indoor parking. Nice employees.

Noisy limited dining inconvenient

Staff was excellent.

Right from the beginning, the staff was friendly, caring, and helpful. The room was pleasant and it had a view of Morro Rock. Its even better from the roof top! The sunset is amazing. The contential breakfast was clean with a variety of protein foods; egg omellete, sausages, yogurt. Pet Friendly was the best part because we had our dog. Location was fantasic because walking to shops and eatries was easy. To top it off, pizza was right behind the hotel. It was a great spot! The only drawbacks was the hall flooring, i felt like I was walking in space as the floor was soft. You could hear yourself walking and thinking I should step quietly. I really enjoyed the place.

Room was very big and bathroom was nice. Easy parking. Close to downtown. Patio on the top is really nice. I had an inconvenience with the room that we booked. The jet bathtub we were unable to use it due to a mechanical issue. Also the AC in the room I think needed to be upgraded or fixed because it was very loud and throughout the night it was hard to sleep. I notified the front desk and they were able to give me some compensation for the issues. But overall nice place!

Had the best time with a group of us. We all hung out on the top deck. Very comfortable

Beautiful room, friendly staff, incredible rooftop, awesome daily breakfast even if just for yummy coffee, and more. thank you! I can’t wait to come back!

Since the owner said there was only nine rooms for the evening I felt she could’ve given us a better room with a balcony. I felt like I was in a hole.
