The service and the amenities were five star. They have a nice restaurant in the hotel and the breakfast lounge on the top floor has amazing view of the castle and the Chapultepec park. The staff is very helpful and always ready to serve you. The museums and the castle is at walking distance.

Clean room, friendly staff, convenient and safe location

Breakfast room is super small, had to wait to be seated, service of food took too long, like 20 minutes for chilaquiles

Took too long to serve my chilaquiles, also food is not tasty, I just loved the conchas, best conchas ever.

Location wasn’t great. Also lobby wasn’t very nice. But service was amazing and very clean rooms.
