The place looks nicer in pics for sure. Not the best place to stay but definitely not the worst. The location was perfect for our visit but not a neighborhood you would walk at night. Staff was friendly, and the 24 hr room service was nice. The restaurant was nice and food was decent. Would I stay here again? Probably not, unless I couldn’t find a room elsewhere. I would give it a 3 star rating not a 4 that is advertised.

Great location and beautiful hotel.

The hotel is located at the corner of Chapultepec park in the beginning of colonia Anzures. It is close to Polanco, close to Roma, half a mile to the Anthropology Museum. You can walk anywhere form this location.

Staff were extremely hospitable! They answered all my questions as a first time guest. Would absolutely return!

My only issue was noise from traffic but cant really be helped given location next to major freeway. The TV channel selection was really disappointing. To not be able to watch some games during world cup was disappointing Staff were superb and good breakfast as well

The hotel is super centric nice area close to all the 5 star properties and across the street from the park amazing views from our hotel room.

It is not what it shows over the internet. Very expensive for a 5 star hotel. I have seen better amenities on a 4 star hotel. No pool, no kids friendly … so no going back again

Nice hotel. Great location. Would stay again. It does lack that expansive open lobby, find a nook to sit feel. That is really the main feature I missed.

Everything was excellent. A rooftop bar will be a perfect addition — offering stunning views of the beautiful Mexico City skyline. The atmosphere, service, and overall experience were exceptional.

Hotel is clean, staff is helpful and the toiletries/kits are superb. They set out slippers in the evening before you return. There is superior Nespresso coffee in the rooms and the views of the park are outstanding! Will stay again!
