Very nice older 70s type spa rooms but entire facility was moldy

Normalerweise schreibe ich keine Bewertungen. Hier aber schon um andere Interessenten vorzuwarnen. Ich bin seit Jahren berufsbedingt in vielen Hotels unterwegs. Hierbei handelt es sich um einen abgenutzten Bau aus den 80er. Dusche mit ekelhaftem Duschvorhang. Fliesen sehr unansehnlich. Duschen nur mit Badeschuhen. Schwarze Flecken zwischen den teilweisen defekten, mit Rissen und Löchern versehenen Kacheln. ACHTUNG: Hauseigene Sauna NUR gegen Aufpreis. Kein Hauseigener Swimmingpool. Ist ein öffentlich zugängliches Bad, bei dem der Gast des Hotels "vergünstigten" Eintritt erhält. Wenn ich in anderen Hotels, die so beworben werden wie dieses, buche, dann sind hauseigene Sauna und Pool, ohne Zusatzkosten, vorhanden. Ich hätte hier nie ein Zimmer gebucht wenn in der Anzeige "GEGEN AUFPREIS" vermerkt gewesen wäre. Tauchbecken in der Sauna auch nicht in Betrieb und vom Gesamtbild her eher schmuddelig. Eine Bar ist Abends auch nicht vorhanden.

The toilet was not clean and we could not get into the parking garage at 11pm because no one was available at the reception. The breakfast was ok but the staff was not friendly, especially the doorman on the night shift

The hotel is clean with comfortable rooms but has definitely seen better days long ago

Great hotel, but hard to find after dark.

El hotel está muy comodo y espacioso, buena limpieza y condición de la habitación y del hotel. El lugar donde está el hotel es muy bonito, se puede caminar muy seguro, está cerca de una villa muy hermosa con bares y restaurantes finos

Large professionally managed and well established hotel just north of Heilbronn. The rooms are all comfort and space. I was very happy with their bed, TV, bathroom and WiFi service. The furniture wasn’t replaced for quite sone time maybe, but everything was clean and in good condition so I didn’t have any trouble with anything. The breakfast buffet was a big plus, too. There is underground parking available but as we arrived in a tall delivery truck that wasn’t for us and outdoor parking is not available right next to their main building- and it’s limited, so be prepared.

Second time I’ve stayed at this hotel. - Staff is friendly and speaks English. - Bed is comfortable, the shower is hot with plenty of pressure. -The breakfast was delicious consisting of cold cuts, cheeses, fresh bread and rolls, pastries, juices, coffee. I live European breakfast buffets and this has a good one. - The down town is a short walk from the hotel and is a pleasure to walk around. I ate at the hotel’s restaurant... and it was delish- would highly recommend. Issue: No air conditioning... not unusual for German hotels; however, my room was facing West/ Southwest and the room I. The afternoon early evening was HOT! I don’t blame the hotel or staff for this, it’s just something to keep in mind when selecting this hotel during one of the hottest days of the year... RECOMMENDATION; Invest in either ceiling fans for the rooms or some type of oscillating/tower fan for your rooms. Being hot is one thing... being hot with now air moving in the room makes for an unpleasant evening...

Love the location! Breakfast was good. Room was hot, and only one window opened. Ended up leaving door open to get cross breeze from hallway window. In fairness, it is unusual to be so warm in Germany!

Good. Close to downtown by foot. Needed taxi to go to train station because path too bumpy for suitcases and there were stairs near station.

Hotel quite ok, located in the upper part of the city. Nice trail for walk/run/bike when you go down, along the river. Restaurant food is ok, not a very high quality but enough for a few times. Good breakfast

Everything great apart from intermittent and slow wifi

We wanted a non-smoking room, and technically we got one, but it was located directly above the front entrance of the hotel where there was a constant stream of chain-smoking, very loud folks congregating at all hours. We had to keep the window closed to keep out the cigarette smoke, and in a room with no ventilation, that made our night in this hotel very uncomfortable. We chose this place because it was one of the few in the country that advertised non-smoking rooms and didn't charge an arm and a leg for breakfast. While it served its purpose, we would have chosen a different place if we knew what we were getting.

The hotel was fine for business travel. The room did not have air conditioning, but was otherwise comfortable.

Für die Sauna 6€ zusätzliche zu zahlen ist eine Frechheit. Habe es gemacht aber es lohnt nicht! Alles sehr alt! Die Hotel Leitung sollte sich mal als Gast anmelden. Kann sein das sie dann merkt wie der Zustand ist!

Großzügige Räumlichkeiten, gut mit dem Hund zu besuchen

Der Boden und das Bettlaken waren schmutzig.
