Wonderful stay!

Staff were very friendly and helpful, liked the help yourself top up coffee, toilet paper, iced water plus minted water and just about everything you need during your stay in a cupboard on the mezzanine floor area. The location was very handy for likes of 5th avenue and Central Park. Rooms are a good size and cleaned every day, the shower is big and is powerful, very powerful :0)

It did not feel at all like a better quality property. The building was clean but in poor repair.

We recently stayed at the Chambers/Sonders & now Marrriot in June at one of your big terrace suites and we had a terrible experience . The services were non existant , empty mini bars , no doorman , no bellman , no flexibility for early or late check in, non maintained or clean rooms were everything looked run down from years back when we use to stay there 4 times /year and left shocked and unsatisfied with the time we spend especially considering it is a Marriott property now . Totally unacceptable and wrong given our consistent support globally for your Marriot properties .

The room was well-equipped, clean and beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful, the subway was nearby, and I am planning to stay here again for my next stay.

This hotel has become my top choice every time I visit New York. First of all, the location is excellent. The rooms are spacious, and the shower in the bathroom has great water pressure — incredibly refreshing. As soon as you step outside, there are tons of trendy restaurants nearby: Japanese ramen shops, Hunan cuisine at "Ye Lai Xiang," and many other options. Another big plus is the partnered parking garage, which offers special discounts. That way, even if you stay for 3–4 days or longer, the parking fees remain reasonable and not outrageously expensive.

Quiet, offered thoughtful amenities and dining suggestions. Definitely will stay again when return to NYC

O hotel está muito bem localizado, muito próximo à Quinta Avenida e ao Central Park. É importante seguir as orientações do e-mail de confirmação da reserva e baixar o aplicativo. O checkin/checkout é feito pelo app, o que torna todo o processo muito rápido e prático. O horário de entrada é às 16h e saída às 11h. É possível antecipar, mas é cobrado um valor progressivo; quanto mais cedo, mais caro. Quanto à acomodação, o quarto que ficamos era amplo e com uma ducha sensacional. O atendimento dos funcionários foi cortez e amigável. Uma observação: é conveniente programar a limpeza dos quartos logo no início junto à recepção na chegada, pois se for feita pelo aplicativo haverá uma cobrança.

It is a great Hotel nearby everything Times Square food the local park and theaters

Great place to stay, staff are top notch. The only odd things are the bathrooms have some design flaws. The transition from bathroom the the room there is a 1.5 inch step. The toilet paper roll is oddly tucked away and hard to use. And the shower soaps are hard to use when the shower is on, trying to bring liquid soap back through a waterfall is useless.

Horrible communication will never stay at this property again.

Decent location. We stayed three nights but no housekeeping meant overflowing waste baskets and soggy towels. One elevator was not working for over a day. The bathroom had very little space to set things and an inadequate number of towel bars.

I use to stay at the hotel chambers year's ago. It was my one of my favorite hotel's in Manhattan, not anymore. It always felt like a 5 star hotel. Since sonder acquired the property, it lost that luxury feel..

Very convenient location

Sonder Chambers was the best choice I could have made for our girls getaway! The moment we entered I knew I made the right choice. The staff are top notch and extremely welcoming. Location was perfect and the room clean and comfortable. The restaurant and bar attached was an added bonus. I will not stay anywhere else after this find!!
