Loved the location on the Promanade! Easy to walk to the restaurants in old nice and one minute walk to the beach! Staff incredibly friendly and helpful Very knowledgeable and spoke English (very helpful for us!!) Rooftop bar and pool quite lovely Beautiful space to watch the sunset!! Would highly recommend!

We really enjoyed the view from our room. The only downside with top floor was the amount of noise heard from the rooftop dining and nightly entertainment. Entertainment went late and dining started early every day. We suggest downsizing the amount of dining space and create more space for sun loungers around the pool. Overall staff were very kind at front desk and restaurant. They even provided a nice anniversary wine and note.

Great roof top pool, bar and restaurant. Really good breakfast. Lovely friendly staff. However, our room was meant to be a superior room but was quite scruffy and tired. There were marks on the walls and furniture with chips out of the woodwork etc It was comfortable and clean though.

The hotel is very basic, tipical American style hotel. The rooms are a bit dark and basic. The pros in this hotel is location and rooftop pool and restaurant/bar area. It’s a bit cheaper than other properties around with pool so I would say if you don’t want to spend $800+ a night for something better then this is a good option.

Amazing hotel and great staff

We arrived the early hours of August 8,because of train delay. Tired ,hungry and not in the best mood of course. However, the young lady and gentleman ,who greeted us at the Reception ,with their kindness and professionalism and a real willingness to help us and accommodate our needs, made us feel very special and grateful ! We remember our staying in the hotel for their hospitality and warmth. You se - we forgot their names, but their smile and help will remain in our hearts for ever! Thank you!

Great stay, tidied twice daily, lots of room, close to everything. The only downside is there was no balcony.

Family with 2 young kids, ages 1 and 3 and this was the perfect spot. It was close to everything and it had a pool. We loved our stay, wished we stayed longer. The roof top pool/bar/restaurant was everything we needed.

Only wish the pool was open later than 6 pm

The amenities are very basic. The gym is minimal, with only a treadmill and a few weights located on the basement level.

The Staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and spacious for 3 people and a great location to walk to the beach and center of Nice.

The hotel is located just off the Promenade and it’s close to the airport too. We found we needed to walk quite a lot as it was on the far end of the Promenade, but this wasn’t a concern for us. The sea view was nice but note it’s a partial view (not a full sea view). The bed was comfy and the room was spacious. Staff on the front desk were pleasant. The roof terrace with pool is a good feature; although the pool area was full when we visited. The room is in need of renovation / refresh - lots of scuffs on the walls and more concerningly, when we removed a plug from the socket in the room, the socket came out of the wall, exposing the wiring! The shower faucet was also coming apart from the wall. Overall, it’s a nice hotel but needs some refurbishment, particularly given the high price point.

Front desk cleros were excepcional , same for the grettings when we arrived . My room AC was at “19o” that felt like 30 , definitely was not working propertly and when they came to the room they offered me a fan because was Friday,and they could not get in touch with someone to fix it , same on Saturday and the same on Sunday .Finally on Monday I spoke to the manager on duty and they fix it . I could sleep well one out of 4 nights stay! The guys at the rooftop are really slow and they see you seated at the table and don’t come to ask you if you want something to drink or to eat , they ignore you . My wife and daughter were seated for 30 minutes and they never approach them to ask any question . For €559/night I’m sure we could have a better place .

The staff was wonderful and attentive. I really can’t say enough about this amazing Hotel! Thank you soooo much for making our stay memorable.
