Nice property easy

Bed needs replacement. Very uncomfortable. Everything else was great.

Everything was very nice. The only problem was the soap, shampoo, and conditioner squeeze bottles did not work and one was empty. Luckily i packed a body wash and shampoo. The room was big and quiet.

Property was good but the room not, beds were bad shower was hard to set the temperature of water and tv wasn’t working good

Needs to be updated but other than that the stay was fine

If I could give this hotel zero stars I would. My horrible experience at Edgewater has left me no choice but to write a negative review. From the moment my family and I arrived it was unpleasant. The check in process was unorganized with long waits and unreasonable hotel deposit fees that I still have NOT been refunded for! As soon as you walk into this hotel you are greeted with an overpowering smell of cigarettes as people are allowed to smoke inside. This led me to have a respiratory infection which I am still recovering from. The room itself was outdated and poorly maintained, from stains on the carpet to stains on the windows. Overall this hotel should be considered a health hazard! To top it all off, the customer service was appalling. The security at this hotel is poorly trained and RACIST. The night of July 5th, 2025 my husband and son were racially profiled and accused of trying to run the security over. They were immediately told to leave the premises. Laughlin police was involved and after investigating the hotel footage they agreed that my husband and son were telling the truth. Even after clarification, this infuriated the hotel security and demanded that we were no longer able to stay the night for trespassing although we had a room booked at this hotel. After speaking with Diana the hotel manager along with Christina the head manager security and explaining to them that their security were in the wrong they refused to give us a refund. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!😡

Stayed at the Edgewater for the Dustin Lynch concert. Clean room with 2 Queens and beautiful view of the river.

When you book a room and you put in pet friendly and when you get there you find out that it is not pet friendly nor can you even check in but yet you've been charged for the room and can't get any of your money back I'll be not giving my sign of approval for your establishment And I'll make sure that everybody I know knows about it

Only 3 elevators were working Not Good especially during a Holiday NIT GOOD

Experience was good but smells to much like cigarette smoke

The floor was dirty and trash bags were not changed and the elevator for a backed up line of waiting to get on them and the smell like old trash

I really love the how close to the river is!

There was 8 elevators out of those 8 only 2 or 3 were working. When checking out I told the lady and she said 2 went down yesterday meaning there was probably just one working. After the fireworks Friday the line for the elevator was to the security booth in the casino floor. One of the elevator was very bouncy when it stopped. The other one made a noise every time the doors closed. It was scary going in the elevators. Rooms were spacious. Needs more window cleaning and better toilets. When flushing the toilet not all will flush. Had to do it couple times to make sure everything went down. I would check others before staying here again.
