Room was unclean. Insufficient seating (one armchair and one desk chair only). Pillows on bed appeared very rumpled. Stains and food crumbs on armchair. Telephone sticky. Hairs and scuff marks on bathroom floor. Multiple large scuffs on walls and deep, large scrape across door. Requested a different room, was put on what appeared to have formerly been a club floor. Room in similar condition, but appeared to have been cleaned, at least. This is a $75 hotel they’ve spruced up the lobby of and decided to charge double that amount. Would definitely avoid in the future.

Expect not to get the room you book bait and switch. They say free breakfast etc when you book but charge you and don’t tell you after you check in and would not refund if you. You should have alternate options if you reserve here

Helpful staff. The property is clean and sanitized. The property is near shopping center and family activities. If you decide to go to downtown Atlanta you will be faced with a lot of traffic but there is a lot of activities to do near the Hotel.

Safe secure friendly hotel

The hotel was clean and had a restaurant and bar. They also offer a crib which saves room in the car. No need for a pack n play. Very family friendly!

In addition the to great condition and location of the property, the friendliness of the staff also help make this property truly a standout among HGI properties! Good job on this one, Hilton!

This was a last minute booking due to a terrible experience at another hotel. The ladies were so so wonderful and kind. The breakfast was wonderful, the staff were all awesome and the happy hour offered was also great. I will stay again.

I've enjoyed every stay at this hotel. It will always be our choice stay when we visit the area. Cannot wait for our next stay.

The rooms were a little dated but the service was excellent!!

Room was standard and mostly clean. The walls are so thin you can hear everything, which isnt fun with small children present. The pool was very cloudy, hot tub broken, hallways and elevators smell awful like theyve been smoked out. Pillows were trash. They charge you $100 at check in for incidentals. No refund yet Elevator cement crumbling at doors in places, take the stairs. Staff was ok and bed itself was ok.
