Pool: Dirty, smelly water. Hairballs on floor and in pool. Splotchy walls. Outdoor area chained off and in disarray. Rotted chem room door. Some kind of torture chamber? Room had filthy carpet, came off on socks. Bath vent fan didn't work. Bath shower head not secure, water valve had to be muscled shut. Room extra humid, from what? They're milking the brand. Fire local management and whomever denies maintenance at Corporate.

I spent three nights at this Hampton Inn while in town for a special event. This property seems really clean and perhaps updated recently. The property was clean outside and inside in the common areas and in my king bed room. But, I’m disappointed in some features of my room. The a/c unit has a dial to select the low/high setting which was not easy to use and actually felt broken. The shower head was inoperable to change settings and the glass sliding door was missing a bracket to hold it in place when sliding. And the power outlet has two USB plugs which did not provide power. So, while the property staff was friendly and very helpful, someone isn’t doing a very good job of maintainence.

Clean room but a bit run down for a Hampton. Poor room lighting but that seems to be typical of hotel lighting. Staff was friendly and check in and check out were easy.

Clean with friendly staff. We were able to get to the BOK center in a timely manner. After the event being able to come back to the room and relax was wonderful.

Didn't appreciate long hairs on the wall in the shower! Place needs severe maintenance. Booked for two nights, room cards failed the second night and have to have them reset. Still failed on the fitness center. Breakfast was good though!

Clean. Staff does not remain at front desk and there is no bell, so you have to holler to get someone to emerge from the office. Shower leaked like crazy onto the floor no matter what we did. Wasn't non-slip shower floor. Housekeeping left rubber gloves on bedside table and didn't refill either shampoo or shower gel mounted on the shower wall. Had to get them to find a bar of soap for me. Breakfast was decent. USB charging ports were broken.

The property is easy to access and had a comfortable bed. But for a Hampton Inn, the facility was very "worn." Chipped corners exposing the compressed board. More than simply needing a paint job. Weedy exterior. I would stay here again because of the price and ease of access but couldn't recommend it.

The room had a very musky/musty smell to it almost like it had flooded at one point and never fully dried. Was also disappointed to discover that the hot tub was removed. The hot tub was the main reason we had booked here. Other than that we enjoyed the stay. The breakfast was very nice and food options were great. Kitchen staff was very sweet and kind to our daughter.

Every thing was delivered as promised. From the room to the breakfast to the friendly staff our next stay was at the LaQuinta in Kansas City, Mo. The Hampton was leaps and bonds above the La Quinta. Thank you for an enjoyable stay at Hampton.
