The room was great, the view of the FALLS was amazing from the room, and the breakfast was incredible!!!

Our view was exactly what we wanted! Wasn't to happy when we went into room opened fridge there was melted ice cream in there. And bathroom was not like the picture it was small

We didn’t like that the penthouse room you had to go up one elevator then cross the hall and go up again. Also the room was tiny

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the staff was friendly and attentive throughout our visit. Everything worked smoothly, and we truly enjoyed our time there.

It was our first time staying at The Tower Hotel Fallsview. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to check in earlier. The room was very clean and has a nice view. The hotel parking is a little far away but they have a shuttle service so it is convenient. The hotel looks simple, not fancy but the service is absolutely perfect. From our perspective of the hotel, we would rate this hotel for a 4.5 stars

I’m a solo traveler that enjoys the best locations for my trips. This location was perfect, it overlooks the falls and the sunset absolutely stunning. Its minutes walk from Niagara Falls. Highly recommend

Rooms were tiny bed unomfortable and the bathroom was alot to be. desired

All staffs were very kind!!!!!! Room condition was perfect and location was perfect!!!! Way better than any other hotels !!!!

Love the views regardless of whether it's the city or the falls but an observation deck is available for those on the city side. Staff very helpful. We only stayed one night but would book again upon return. Also close to over a dozen restaurants.

Provide shuttle to the offsite parking lot, we stayed in a city view room on the 29th it was great, even had a view of the American falls. Room was modern, bathroom nice

We visited this hotel while we were in town to see a show at the OLG stage. This hotel is a great value only a 7 minute walk to the OLG stage. We stayed in a river view room which as fantastic....you can still see the falls out of the corner of the window. The hotel has been nicely updated and the bed is very comfortable. It had everything we needed, including a mini fridge to store wine that we picked up our way from wine country. You also get free admission to the observation deck if you want to get a full view of the falls.
