Outside of one odd detail I liked everything about this hotel. The room was great. I didn't use the pool but it was inviting. There was a family there enjoying their time so I let them be haha. I use the gym very nice. The complimentary breakfast was surprisingly filling. However, the one issue I had was that when I went to make the booking I had the option to choose or not choose the buffet. I chose to not get the buffet and go with the complimentary continental breakfast. However, I had booked the room for myself and for my mom. For some reason the booking only allows for one continental breakfast and there is no way to ask for a second one. Staff told me that this is an issue they've had before. I made Expedia aware of this and they satisfactorily resolved my issue. I highly recommend this hotel due to its location safety staff and overall great vibes

Poor customer service, manager was never never available, The customer service is very poor and personnel is not able to help. Very bad attitude at the reception.

The hotel feels a little bit old, but well maintained. The staff was kind and the food was tasty.

Clean in general, however the towels which were supposed to be white, were grayish. The air conditioner was quite loud and old. Service was really good as well as the location and the food at the restaurant was good too. However, there’s room for improvement…

Rooms were outdated. Uncomfortable beds, basic amenitie supplies of poor quality. Sheets and towels old, stained and stiff/crisp. Basic and poor quality food for the price point. Rooms and hallways smells old and humid. Small and DIRTY pool. Staff on the other hand very friendly and attentive.

Pros: Polite and helpful staff. Convenient location during the daytime. Nice breakfast if you choose the buffet. Clean. Cons: The location feels unsafe at night, and some surrounding streets are not well lit. Read their Expedia listing carefully, as it can be misleading. It states that you will get ONE continental breakfast for ONE person per day, and that is exactly what you get. I booked a room for two, and they gave me only one breakfast for one person. That said, it’s worth paying the extra charge for the buffet. The facilities are clean but old and not in good condition. The hallways feel like a cheap hotel. The beds are old, and the air conditioning is outdated and difficult to adjust—it blows in only one direction, so you end up either too hot or too cold. The bathtub was clean, but it didn’t work properly and had a leak; you had to firmily hold the faucet for a few seconds to make the water switch to the shower. The toilet was clean, but it felt unusually low, almost like it was made for kids. I’ve stayed in hotels with lower room rates that were in much better condition. There was no safe deposit box in the room. The windows were dirty. The key-card system to control the lights didn’t work. I booked two nights at this hotel, but within the first few hours of the first day, I realized I didn’t want to stay there. I contacted Expedia immediately and asked them to cancel the second, but they were not able to do so. It was really disappointing.

Well located, clean and friendly staff. Restaurant is good. Great for business. Rooms are a little basic and outdated, but better than many other options in town in the range.

El personal y servicio bien. Todos muy atentos. Pero las habitaciones están muy mal equipadas y mantenidas. La llave de la regadera no funcionaba, mandaron a mantenimiento a hacer la reparación y cuando la usamos otra vez la manija no estaba sin atornillar. No hay agua caliente en la regadera.

The room was horrible, the curtains were dirty, the air conditioning was very noisy, the bathroom curtain was broken, there was no soap.
