Staff at frontdesk and in breakfast and casual dining restaurants were all friendly and very helpful. We were given recommendations about placesto vist with our children and were made to feel very welcome. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend to friends and family.

Good in the hotel was excellent; much better than usual hotel fare! Room was clean and well supplied but for us 2 double beds didn’t work. Would have preferred less furniture (chair, footstool, ottoman) and space for a child’s camp bed.

Great hotel. Catered really well at breakfast (which was great! for my son's dairy and gluten free diet. Very thoughtful chef came out and left him a couple of buns! All staff were lovely. Rooms very comfortable and spotless.

I have stay at this hotel once a fortnight for 2 months. Every time the nose in the corridor at night is unacceptable. The doors need to be soundproofed to allow undisturbed sleep. Surely a prerequisite for a hotel of this standard! Not happy

Good location. Serving staff could be better trained regarding allergies, We ate in the River Bar and the waitress was not very sure. She did go however and ask in the kitchen, which was good. The main restaurant for breakfast was very good.

Staff were very helpful and friendly . Food was delicious, room was comfortable - amazing pillows ! Naomi and her team are excellent

The hotel was outside Belfast in a lovely quiet area. It was clean and beautifully decorated. The room for a family of 4 was spacious , clean, comfortable beds and everything we needed from irons to hairdressers, tea/coffee facilities. The hotel arranged a taxi for us into town. Restaurant and bar were lovely to sit and relax in. My son enjoyed the pool the best. We had a lovely stay and would come back.

Lively hotel with exceptional staff, especially the girls in The River Bar. Great quality food and fabulous breakfast.

Shower water was slightly brown and not hot on final morning of stay. Not what you expect for the price.

Very good hotel - rooms are clean and tidy - breakfast has got even better since our last visit. The pool is a little tired but is still brilliant for kids!

Very comfortable stay.

First visit. Very impressed. Accessible room was very acceptable. Bar meal was fine but expensive. Temperature in room during night was hot. Could make no adjustment. Breakfast was fine. Very busy.

Parking was appalling as there was an event on in the evening. Some provision should be made for staying guests to park versus those attending for an evening do. On the flip side, Ash, in the breakfast restaurant was superb in terms of his customer service. He was faultless and should be commended.

Very good would definitely be back again no noise very relaxing.

The accommodations were exceptional, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay, complemented by wonderful dining and a superb breakfast.

Excellent clean and welcoming hotel

Stayed over for my son's 7th birthday. The staff were friendly and polite , the rooms were clean and well laid out. The cooked breakfast was nice and the pool was enjoyable. All in all a really nice place to stay and the staff were far nicer and more polite than I'm used to in similar hotels.
