Room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast wasn't the greatest, but to be expected. Close to many options for food. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Front office person has great honor on us. He did a warm welcome by playing some Bollywood songs.

Unfortunately I did not have breakfast, I didn’t meet the time frame. Although I’m sure it was suitable 😊

I booked three rooms; they only had two reserved. I was told I'd have to take it up with Expedia. It being midnight and we were getting up for a 7 am flight, we had to purchase the third room, for which we had documentation of already being reserved and paid for through Expedia, a second time and the price rose by $60. Additionally, it took 6 trips to the front desk and a zoom call with the manager to get a key card that worked.

The room was clean just the carpet wasn’t the best , and the sofa bed Mattress was super old Not comfortable at all !! No blankets or sgits for it !

Awesome staff and great service. The room was clean but was worn down. The AC made some weird noise intermittently. Breakfast was adequate. Overall a pleasant stay.

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. We didnt need it, but our room was supposed to have a couch with pullout bed and instead we had 2 conference room chairs.

Staff support and customer service was terrible not very accomodating at all i left very disapointed how can you charge your customer for parking that should be free they need to remove the parking fee asap

Staff was friendly, but our room was in disrepair. Couch was ripped with stuffing coming out, bath tub looked in bad shape, the shower curtain rod is falling off the wall, bed sloped towards the inside, etc.
