Allowed an early check in almost 5 hours earlier, super helpful. Lovely hotel!

Plans changed since my booking six months prior to my stay. Advised the lady at the front desk that there are 2 guests instead of 1, I advised I have no problem paying a fee. She was very rude and passive aggressive about this.

An absolute gem in the heart of Madrid! The location is perfect, just a short walk from Gran Vía and Puerta del Sol, making it incredibly easy to explore the city on foot. Despite being so close to the action, the rooms were wonderfully quiet, clean, and spacious.The standout feature of this hotel is the exceptional service. We asked where was the post office and they sent a greeter with a dolly to carry our box. Every staff member we encountered was genuinely warm, welcoming, and eager to help with recommendations or directions. I cannot recommend Hotel Liabeny enough and will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Madrid!

The staff were friendly and always willing to help you out. We loved the morning breakfast bar. Plenty to choose from.

The staff was amazing! Very good stay

The room was clean and well maintained. Its best attribute is the location as it is close to everything. The consequence of this is that it can be hard to sleep due to crowds outside. I was disappointed that there was no kettle in the room for a 4 star hotel and to avail of one would cost 5 euros per night rent! The breakfast was good, nice selection and the staff work hard to make sure that everything is replenished. I wouldn’t recommend the bar or the restaurant. The food choices are too heavy and too limited. The bar is also rather antiquated in regards to its choice. There was a free gift of tapas and a drink. I would have preferred free water, instead it had to paid for from the mini bar. The check in was of a high standard, the check out was poor. There was no interest in how the stay was or helping guests onto their next destination. Stay for the location (which you will pay a lot for) not the service or amenities.

What a top hotel, all staff amazing, no issues with hotel, fixed menu in restaurant amazing value and great food Location superb as very central. Junior suite was lovely, cleaned everyday like when we arrived Bar staff very friendly, reception staff welcoming. We cannot find anything fault
