Great property and great rooms.

Overall great stay

Open concept room clean,

Location is perfect - facing the main thoroughfare, yet not noisy. Room was spacious. Morning coffee was good.

It was fine

The pool and hottub were closed due to health inspection violations. They have been closed to weeks when we got there. There was no mention of this on their website or listing. Also, windows that do not open and noisy AC made a terrible sleeping

It was amazing to have a studio with a living room and kitchen and it was newly remodeled! It felt like home away from home.

Check-in process wonderful. Appreciated the help by Henry Flores. I’ve stayed at the Residence Inn before, the current renovations are absolutely beautiful. Hope to stay again.

The hallways smelled like refuse. Trash bags were left behind in the hallways for hours. The rooms smelled dirty and dingy. Dishes in the rooms were dirty. Cost was the only good factor.

We loved our stay here. The room was beautiful and perfect for what we needed. The staff was great and responded when we needed a small repair. This will be our go to place when ever we are in the OC!

During my stay, there was a fire alarm twice; I had to run out of the building in the middle of a shower. After 10 minutes outside, they announced it was a false alarm, but twice. Another thing is that whatever the next room or hotel kitchen cooked, I could smell and figure out what kind of food they were cooking. I reported to the front desk, and they said, “Oh, I'm sorry!!”

We stayed here for 6 days. The first day we were waken up by remodeling noise upstairs, which we find unacceptable and if they are remodeling, they should not have the rooms subject to remodeling noise up for booking. They changed the room for us. The fourth day, we were again waken up by false fire alarm... Overall very restless stay. Another thing to complain is $15 of parking per day, which is really hard to accept in a place like Irvine.

Hotel was very noisy during our stay, there was a conversation right above our room. Also breakfast was terrible

Breakfast great, hot meal, variety. Shower not so great, water output weak.

I was moved to their sister hotel for a reason unknown. Property was fine, dirty floors, somewhat smelly.

this centrally located residence inn is close to lots of restaurants and easy access to the freeways. the bad part is the condition of the room: the bed sounded like the springs were sprung. the toilet seat broke and was replaced. the ice maker in the fridge was broken and replaced. our room was on the second floor and looked out on a roof area that held air conditioning units. although they did not run all the time, they were there and occasionally noticeable noise wise. this hotel needs a makeover. as a seasoned Residence Inn customer, this hotel was quite the disappointment. next time I'm staying at the Staybridge Inn on Barranca Parkway
