Second visit to this hotel - it's position was great allowing us to visit Bicester Shopping Village, Oxford, a National Trust property over our 3 day visit.

We absolutely loved this property. The grounds are lovely and it just has a really nice relaxed vibe about it. Our room was really spacious and clean. Would thoroughly recommend.

We loved it! Everyone was friendly and the food was amazing, the only thing that let it down a little was that housekeeping for the room we stayed in had not been hoovered- if it had not very well atal, however the staff- top tier and the food amazing!!’

Would not stay there again. Awful room. Had an iron burn on the carpet. Thin blanket was too thin, meaning we were cold at night. Flat pillows. Bathroom was tiny, not like that in the pictures. Felt like student accommodation. Asked for VIP £10 that was in our booking, was not accommodated on arrival and only said you can have £10 off at breakfast. We wanted al a carte, and did not want to be paying for a mediocre breakfast buffet after first impressions of the room.

Just incredible. Such a beautiful building with kind, attentive staff in beautiful surroundings. Felt like a real treat! Sitting in the garden one morning was such a sensory treat.

Nice hotel, bit dated but the rooms were nice, clean and cosy. I just booked an overnight stay (no breakfast). It was a 1/2 drive though to Thornhill park and ride.
