Amazing stay, in a great area

Spacious, clean room. Friendly staff. Perfect location

We really enjoyed our family room, which was spacious, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The bathroom was also very spacious and comfortable. The hotel is very well located, close to the attractions but also in a quiet, beautiful spot. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also nice. We would grandly stay here again.

Lovely hotel. A short walk from the Belfort tower area but felt far enough to be out of the hustle and bustle. Tea, coffee and water facilities were refreshed everyday and decor was clean and modern. Could have been improved with better pillows and bigger bath towels.

Amazing view of the canal and a lovely room. Staff were very helpful and I was able to book the private car parking space well in advance by emailing the hotel.

Nice hotel... but we really only spent nine hours in it and most of that was sleeping so the most important thing to say is... the bed and pillows were comfortable and the room had all the amenities you would expect from a quality hotel. PARKING... some advice... Bruges has more cars than parking spots so just pull up on the canal side in-front of the hotel and go in and talk to the staff. Speaking of parking... I have to give a shout out to the young man at the desk . I was a bit stressed after our drive from Paris he kindly assisted in getting the car parked in their secure area.

Beautiful. The location, building, staff, everything was great. Breakfast on site, the staff was very friendly and helpful, easy walk to the market.

I had an excellent one night stay at Hotel Augustyn. The staff was amazing and helped saved me and my family from missing our connection to the Eurostar train to get to Paris. The breakfast was spectacular. I can't say enough about how great this place was. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Really helpful staff, and great breakfast

The kitchenette was a plus. Coffee machine was difficult to use. Beds comfy. Tub a little high to step out of. Roomy. Quiet even though we had a room on the street at the canal. Very convenient to rail station (walking), eating areas, and town. Laundry 3 blocks away. We felt very safe.

It is a fantastic hotel. Situated in a quiet area away from hustle and bustle, but easily walkable to anything you want to see. Cobbled streets and the canal are beautiful in the morning and afternoon. Highly recommend taking a hose cart ride.

Check in was fabulous. The clerk was a great help and super friendly.
