Clean. Good breakfast. Negative: toilet seat loose & toilet seat itself is small old style, too low. Bathroom noise was constant -- from a never off fan . . .or? (Room 412) Heard elevator door slam several times before arising. It does slam often, as I did some hallway walking during day & heard it.

This hotel was clean. Rooms are large and well equipped for the price. However, our room smelled like stale cigarettes (in a non smoking hotel). The shower curtain would not stay closed risking water all over the bathroom. The sink area and bathroom have motion sensor lights which are very irritating when getting up in the night as the full lights come on in your eyes whether you want them to or not.

All was well until smoke alarm went off followed by the phone ringing and nobody there when answered.. then alarm went off a second time.. without cause either time!

There are lots of best’s for this comfort inn best pool, best breakfast, and best of all they had a parking garage for motorcycles. There is one strange thing. No rooms have toilet paper dispenser. In fact mine had no toilet paper at all. All in all great place to stay

For Springfield, newer and nice conditions, convenient to I-70, but adjacent to highway was noisy. Easily hear other guests. Toilet was literally sized for children. Nice breakfast and pool. Parking lot lights super bright.

It was fine for a one-night stay. I'd say the price was pretty high for mediocre conditions

It was very easy to check in and check out. Breakfast offers many options!

We were here for a volleyball tournament. The staff was great. They let us use the meeting room for our team bonding activities. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Clean hotel with a great location and friendly staff. The pool was clean but the water was very cold! Nice breakfast, well stocked and clean.

Everything was good except for people coming out of the pool which is next to the lobby. They are dripping wet and get the lobby floor very wet.
