Just a very weird place, the spa was disgusting. There was a really weird vibe between staff and people at this hotel. Wouldn’t stay again.

Staff were really curteous. Room was comfortable. Breakfast lovely but evening meal not to our liking.

Dans l’ensemble très bon séjour, le seul bémol est que nous avons validé une proposition de surclassement payante pour avoir une vue latérale mer, malheureusement la chambre proposée se situait sous le bar et nous entendions régulièrement des bruits de chaises des coups divers, cette nuit je suis monté à 1h00 du matin pour le signaler. Le problème est connu mais les chambres restent au même tarif que les autres plus calmes, aucun geste commercial, je suis très déçu de la réaction de l’hotelier. Pour le reste tout était parfait, il faut juste savoir qu’il faut éviter le niveau -1 et préférer les niveaux -2 ou -3.

Nous avons adoré cet hôtel; il est vraiment magnifique et le personnel est très à l’écoute. Vivement que nous y retournions!

Everything is great, the rooms, the service, the staff, the spa facilities, the surroundings, the views, the location. In fact, it is my second home whenever I am in Dinard.🤗💖💖💖

The thalasso area is excellent. The room was lovely but the bathroom door wouldnt shut and the wardrobe door was very stiff but everywhere was beautifully clean and tidy

Staff made stay amazing

Lovely hotel in very good location. Staff very helpful, friendly and efficient Breakfast excellent but with so many people staying at the hotel, (more) staff could be quicker in replacing items such as cold meats, milk, fruit etc.

Great hotel with family rooms. The Thalassa facilities are excellent and its a beautiful walk along the coast into Dinard town

Excellente prestation, le spa est vraiment merveilleux, les petits déjeuners sont délicieux et copieux. Nous vous recommandons plus particulièrement la chambre vue mer qui offre une vue sublime sur le fort du petit Bé et St Malo.

Good for staying in peace. We didn't try it but other guests look enjoying Pool&Spa in the hotel.

Chambres vieillissantes, manque de controles

Service was not up to scratch at all, food was very average, a three-hour wait for a main course and a dessert, both very average and not even served at the same time. The staff were very young, unqualified, and the management was incompetent. Everything else was very good, the location was amazing, the room and bedding were good quality. We had a great time, but we had to go and eat elsewhere.
