Checking in was a bit slow. Otherwise everything was great. The food was phenomenal

Spent one night for a family function. The room was clean and the location was very quiet.

We checked in and the keys were unable to be activated so security had to let us in to a room in which the door was pretty much stuck needing force to open and close. But worst of all, the room smelled like animal pee. And no new room was offered. This hotel has gone downhill.

The toilet in my room was leaking and they never came to fix it. Other than that it was clean .

Our room was only half clean. Trash wasn’t dumped in the bathroom. Towels were left on the bed.

I paid for a 2 beds room but I was given to 1 bed room and staff told me they were out of 2 bed when I check in???

Property is under construction - It would be nice to have known this cuz i would have stay elsewhere. Not a pleasant stay

They said there was a pool there was no pool. They said we could go to other things on the property, but the property was blocked off on certain end.

I booked a room so i could get ready for my wedding day it was convenient. Didn't explore the property but ive been to many events here it was clean and the stafe is very kind and helpful.

The hotel was clean

I made two separate bookings for consecutive nights, for seperate rooms. and each room had severe hygiene and cleanliness issues. Based on my experience across both rooms, this seems to reflect the hotel's standard rather than an isolated problem. Here are the issues I personally experienced and documented: Towels provided had visible stains Sheets contained hairs stuck in them Bathroom walls and ceiling had hairs stuck to them Surfaces had crumbs and hair Coffee machine was sticky and appeared unclean Toilet seat was not properly cleaned No ventilation in the bathroom The elevator was dirty, had a sticky floor, and smelled foul These conditions were unsanitary and unacceptable for a hotel of any standard, especially under the Hilton brand. I attempted to resolve this directly with the hotel, but they have not responded in any way.
