Nothing was a problem. We were well looked after

Lovely welcoming hotel very clean, room lovely and spacious Breakfast that we added on to the booking was excellent A bit awkward to get into Huddersfield itself but not too bad I used the gym which was really good

There was a dirty dog bed and dog bowl in our room! There was a skip full of rubbish which was blowing about the car park and then blew everywhere including into our car!! The breakfast was cold....yet we were the first people of the day to have it!!

No walkable shops or restaurants.

They was party’s all night we never got Any sleep

The hotel appeared to have been recently refurbished and our room was a spotless superior double which meant a super king size bed. We were travelling with a relative with some mobility issues. He was given an accessible room with a flat wet room which was ideal Unfortunately he had a fall in his room in the early hours of the morning. The night staff were wonderful. They assisted him with the minimum of fuss and treated him with complete dignity. I cannot praise them highly enough

Comfortable clean rooms.

Room wasn’t clean. It was extremely old, mould in bath/shower, broken tiles. Bath was very dangerously slippery. We asked if we could have some bottled water at reception “no, it’s budget room, you’ll have to buy it” £5 for 2 small waters! The room was extremely noisy as well, people outside the room door at 1am we originally booked room in November, asked for ground room accessible - no response, made Second request and told no accessible rooms. Both very disappointed with our stay this never been this bad.

Our room was very spacious, the bed very large and comfortable and the bathroom contained a good quality waterfall shower. There was a desk with a couple of sockets for digital/work equipment. The overall design was somewhat corporate and lacking in any real character. But it was great value and the free breakfast had considerable choice of traditional full English as well as healthy options including fruit juice, fresh fruit and yogurt. The gym on the premises was first rate, modern and well-equipped, a joy for my energetic wife! The staff were generally fantastic, well trained and personable. The only minor negative quibble was the fact that on the second day our room was not serviced and therefore no replenishment of mineral water etc despite leaving the tag on the door.

Room was unavailable due to an issue with water - said they called me- had no received No email either Was rebooked into other hotel in Bradford ! Good thing I had a car… had an upgrade which they tried to charge me for when I left next day

We enjoyed our stay here, friendly and helpful staff, clean throughout, £15 full cooked breakfast & buffet / bean coffee machine, spacious car park. Booked through Expedia App and very reasonable price.
