One night stay before heading across the island. Great receptionist. Friendly and helpful. Lovely room. Very comfy bed.

The room was a bit worn, but it was clean, and everything was OK.

Take ear plugs as noisy with drilling from workers nearby Also I noticed the day before that my booking was for one person but I'd booked a double room. I searched the accommodation for a single person room and for a double room , the price was £2 more. I contacted the hotel and they stated there was a supplementary fee of €30 for the extra person. I contacted Hotels.com who were very helpful and contacted the hotel, the response was to pay the €30 supplementary fee at the hotel. When I got to the hotel I stated the problem and the receptionist stated the fee was still to be paid. Our room was 2 bedroomed with a double bed and a single bed!

Basic hotel in a convenient location. Clean, comfortable and quieter than expected.

This hotel stands out in my mind for its clean room and spacious bathroom. The shower was amazing after a travel day, and the bed was very comfortable. The beach is about a 35 min walk away so perhaps not the best location for that purpose, but the accommodations were a 10/10 for my friend and me!

Quite central location and easy to get to places. limited amenities however.

The room had plenty of space, was very clean and had everything we needed. We only stayed for one night prior to joining a cruise ship but the hotel was in a great location for getting the bus from the airport, bus to the port and also walking distance to the old town. Would stay again and recommend based on our experience

Great value for money, female receptionist extremely helpful, very willing for us to take the room early as it was ready. Close to centre, just a 1 night stay but very satisfied

Good location less than 10 minutes walk from Plaza Espanya. Old town within walking distance. Personnel friendly and helpful. There was only one socket in the room. Fridge was therefore had to be plugged in bathroom!

Very normal hotel

Staff were lovely and so helpful. Situated in a nice area with plenty of bars and restaurants to chose from. Would stay here again

The hotel was conveniently located but got a bit noisy at night/early morning. Nevertheless, we had a wonderful stay in Palma and enjoyed our time at the Amic Colon.
