We have bed bugs!!

Everyone was real except the night fromt desk didn't care. I told him my and what I was in and could I please get a 8am wake call he said yes but never happened. I was late for my appointment. T&ank god my daughter called at 9:15 or I would have missed checkout time.

First room we were put in had dirty sheets covered with hair. Second room was better until time to get a shower. The bathroom was very small and when the shower was turned on water was shooting over top of shower curtain soaking the floor out to the room. After having been moved got a knock on the door after 11pm from the front desk to let us know we were not checked into that room. We were all in bed when this knock came. Figured out that when our room was changed they forgot to put it in the system that we had moved. They did fix the shower head so that we could shower without wetting the whole floor. Staff was very nice but we will not stay there again!

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Doors are on the inside of the hotel. The room was cleaned during my 2-night stay. The dining room was always dark except during breakfast so it was not a friendly or welcoming place for my family to play games or hang out. One of the side doors to the hotel by the stairwell was broken so could not be secured. I reported this but they said nothing could be done. This is a safety risk to customers so it was uncomfortable sleeping not knowing if someone would break into the room because there often was no one at the desk. Service was slow and not so great. They have a machine that can make coffee 24/7… but it was horrible. Even worse was the morning sausages. They were so hard they were unable to be consumed.

My go to when flying out of Knoxville. The staff is always friendly and professional, the cleanliness outstanding, and convenient to the airport.

A nice safe and affordable place to stay

I loved my stay at Quality Inn. The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable....no bumps in the mattress. The rooms must have soundproofing because it was always so quiet. The staff was very courteous, friendly, and professional. They have plenty of available parking spots at Quality Inn. The price per night was wonderful too. An overall great hotel. I will be staying at Quality Inn each time I visit Maryville.

All personnel are very kind

The thermostat didn’t work… we had it on 64 all night and it never cooled off. It was a miserable night

Jerry at the front desk was truly a professional who is very customer service oriented. The cleaning staff was very accommodating The young lady who worked the night shift was very friendly and a good representative of your company

We stayed at this location a few months ago and were well pleased. It appears to have gone down hill in a hurry. Room poorly designed, bathroom barely big enough to turn around in, shower water not up to temperature, lacked cleanliness, breakfast not appetizing, coffee so weak it looked like tea. The only thing I can say I enjoyed about the property was the outstanding, friendly staff.
