Excellent service with clean and large rooms. Good value for money. Location pretty good for walking to shops, restaurants.

This hotel is located in a convenient part of town with bus and metro access close by. The rooms were a little dated but clean. I wish they offered an empty fridge rather than one full of things to purchase. Breakfast was varied and tasty. Fernanda, the person in charge of my floor was wonderful! Muito obrigada.

Essa já é a minha terceira ou quarta vez que me hospedo no Quality Suites. Eu gosto muito da localização e das instalações. Dessa vez eu levei toda a minha equipe de trabalho e família. Inclusive aluguei também a sala de reuniões. Gosto: Dos quartos, são espaçosos, confortáveis e com mesa de trabalho. A cama e travesseiros são ótimos. O chuveiro tem uma pressão ótima, café da manhã bom. Deixou a desejar: A internet deixou muito a desejar. É muito lenta! Por favor melhorem. Também houve bastante reclamação em relação ao serviço de quarto. Para alguns demorou até 2 horas para chegar e a comida não agradou muito (a pizza de portuguesa não era saborosa e estava fria.) De modo geral gosto muito do Quality e voltarei a me hospedar novamente, se melhorarem esses dois aspectos acima vai ficar excelente!

We stayed at Quality Suites for the Formula 1 GP in Interlagos. The hotel is near tons of amazing shopping and eating near by. The metro was easily accessible by walking down the street (10 min walk) The rooms are a bit dated but affordable and we will definitely be stay again.

A fair low relstively low fare hotel . Recommended for business trips with meetings in the neighborhood.

The hotel is well located, upscale secure area. The hotel is clean and staff is nice.

O hotel é bom, fica em bom lugar, porém precisa de manutenção no quarto: chuveiro pingando, porta toalhas caindo, uma das luminárias de cabeceira sem funcionar

Comfortable rooms and close to public transport.

Stayed one night in Sao Paulo and arriving from the Congonhas airport the hotel was easy to reach by Uber. The place is well located and the rooms spacey. Decent breakfast. The hotel is a bit overpriced for its value but probably it is also because of the area.

Everyone was very friendly and the hotel was very clean. The mattress was a bit too firm for my liking though.

The bed and the food could significantly improve. However, the location is good to get great food and get around easily. All in all, it was a great stay and the personnel is amazing.

Nobody speaks English. Also, the attendant at reception giggled and shrugged her shoulders when I asked how many metres long the pool was. I would have hoped that someone would know.

Perfectly adequate hotel, but nothing special and air conditioning in rooms is extremely loud.

Stayed here 8 years ago! It is still great value, nicely run, within walking distance of everything in the Jardins.
