Excellent location close to fall.

The property is good overall . It needs a little remodeling in my opinion. The rooms were spacious , jacuzzi in the room was a pleasant surprise and relaxing. The hotel had good amenities like a restaurant inside the property with good food, including vegetarian options , a spa with a good masseuse, mini golf, a good pool with slides , etc. However , the downside was that toilets and bathroom didn’t have an exhaust fan and was not pleasant . We had to leave our windows open so we could have some fresh air.

Excellent staff manners - they were really helpful and accommodating. Nice suite, very clean. The free breakfast buffet was awesome, great assortment of breakfast food. The dinner menu (extra $) is awesome. I ordered a steak dinner which was perfectly done (med rare) and large portions. All in All,, I recommend this hotel if you're touring the iguazu falls (AR side)

Difficult shower access. Not user friendly and unsafe for elderly people. Mattress very old and in poor condition. Pillows very hard. This hotel needs to be updated.

It needs to be renovated

While the property was clean it appears is if they have skipped updates and maintenance for the last 20years. Things are very out dated. Towel rack falling off in bathroom, safe in room hanging off wall about to fall off. The restaurant was sufficient but nothing over the top.

Nice

This is an old hotel showing signs of age, but comfortable and clean. The main issue was that the room didn't have hot water. I reported the problem, and I was told a maintenance person would take care, but nothing happened. Instead of changing room, which was the fast solution, we did not have hot water until the next day. The service in the cafeteria was too slow, even when they were not busy.

This property is old, poor facilities, pool isn’t clean, sunbeds and umbrellas broken, electricity goes off and on. It’s like being in a property in the 1970s because it’s so old fashioned. Don’t waste your money staying here !

This is a terrible run down facility. The carpets, furniture, windows, tables are all dirty. Nothing works, not even the TV works properly. This is advertised as 5 star hotel but it is not even 1 star. The people that work there tomare nice but they all do many different task at the same time that can not do more. Pool is dirty and lacks chlorine. There are cats running in the dining room. There is no amount low enough you can pay to make this a decent value for your money

Great short stay, good breakfast and close to the Falls.

Situated on large grounds the property is undergoing much needed renovation. The personal is very nice and they are doing their best to communicate and help. There are no surroundings. Need a taxi to anywhere. The pool needs to be cleaned. The breakfast was acceptable, dinner somehow limited in options. We found it a bit overpriced for the conditions

Not a 5 star hotel, not worth your money. It might have been a nice hotel in 1995 but now it is 2023. The rooms are big, the wifi does not reach every room, the 3rd room got a room without any lights, just... CHEAP. Para los argentinos, NI LO PIENSEN está muy mal mantenido, solo la pileta es digna lo demás se cae a pedazos.

Not enough water in shower and no outside handle on door. Not acceptable. Had to take shower on travel companion room There were more rooms on our floor with no handles on doors

Hotel is in a good location but in urgent need of renovation. Rooms and public areas look tired and almost worn out

Snack bar , bed liners , fridge noise

This hotel was terrible, and I’m surprised at the rating that has been given to it. The hotel was run down and had flies and ants everywhere. Lighting was very poor in the room. Hotel also lacked basic amenities and was just dirty. For example, the room didn’t even have hand towels. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will certainly not be returning.

The staff is really friendly and efficient

Very nice swimming pool, friendly staff, located just outside town of Foz de Iguazu, but room was alittle musty smelling with mildew and plumbing was alittle old. Hot water was plentiful after 3-4 minutes of running the faucets. Also, electricity goes out frequently for 3-5 minutes in evenings. But overall pretty good for the price.
