Front desk was unmanned when we arrive. Had to wait a fair bit for someone to finally show up.

This was our first time in the Green Bay area. Everything about the hotel was great- friendly and professional staff, spotless room and wonderful breakfast. The college is lovely to walk around. Would stay here again and highly recommended.

Facility was very clean. Happy hour was a nice touch, and breakfast offered a variety of tasty options.

I made a mistake on the reservation (one night not two) but the staff helped us find another room in plenty of time for our plans.

Our room was cozy, clean and comfortable. We did not take advantage of the gym on this trip. The area was very safe and walkable which is a plus for us. I felt the hotel had a unique kind of appearance from the outside. We would definitely stay again but may opt for a slightly bigger room.

Nice place and the staff is attentive & pleasant. The room had an old cup of coffee in the microwave, the main sink did not drain well & the shower head was missing the spray settings. Again, these were minor as the place is really nice.

We loved staying at the Kress Inn! We decided to stay another night because we liked it so much! Sharon at the front desk was extremely nice and accommodating. All staff we encountered were great. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Very unique location and different than your average hotel. I would stay again!

Excellent & well maintained facility in a nice neighborhood right next to the St. Norbert college campus. Staff pleasant & professional. Rooms big enough with full amenities.
