Fire alarm kept going off during our stay. When it finally stopped the lights inside our room were still blinking making it hard to sleep.

The front desk staff was extremely nice. I would stay there again for that reason alone. The beds are very comfy, room needs new carpet. I walked around the room the 1st night putting our things away. When i looked at my feet they where so dirty. You can feel the stickiness on the rugs.

Amenities and Staff are great, the hotel does need renovation but it didn't effect our experience. Breakfast was great! Will be coming back next year again.

everything was great only thing that was a bother that happened was the fire alarm went on all day saturday but not the staffs fault they did their best to fix the issue but the system was the problem. overall great staff and stay

An absolute joke. Cockroaches on my wall. Front desk screwed up with my card at check in. Calls me 2xs and wakes me up at 10:45pm threatening to kick us out if we don't come down to the desk and fix billing that they screwed up. Utter loss of words for how terrible it was

Clerk , efficient, no personality, no smile No one at counter when I arrived , bell on counter to ring? Waited 5 min the clerk came in front door?

Ruthy who checked us in was great! Very courteous, patient, and kind. I would come back because of her, and the shower water pressure was amazing. Not so good; the heater in the room. I had to bring in a blanket from my trailer. Glad i had an extra.

First, I was on my way and was getting late, so had called them about late check-in. They mentioned it’s fine, however when I reached hotel they mention card on file had some issues so they cancelled my reservation. They could have informed me about card issue, however luckily there was a room available so we survived with the kid. Overall condition of hotel is in dilapidated state, smell horrible and breakfast is a sham, for everything from bread, scrambled eggs, butter to water I need to request, else it’s hidden inside kitchen!!

I don't want to write a negative review as much as possible because, I want to help businesses, and Holiday Inn is excellent brand its one of my favorite hotel. I was shocked that I experience horrible treatment in this Nellis, Las Vegas Branch. I arrived Dec 12, 2024, 5Pm, our group came from SF to attend Strat Planning, The hotel reception staff said that Expedia overbooked them and they have no room for us (we reserved 3 rooms for six people since Nov 1, 2024). We waited for 4 hours, the staff wants us to contact Expedia for a refund, another option is to transfer us to another hotel, until another staff came in to help and give us a rooms its already 9Pm. In spite of the hardship, still I remain calm and patient. When I'm in the room, I reported to the counter that the water in the bath tub of our room keeps on running, we are concerned with the water conservation, but no response, We request for room cleaning because we stay there 4 days and 3 nights, I received a note that they don't clean the rooms unless you stay there for 7 days. Anyway we just stay there night time to sleep. The positive side is the breakfast is good, its hot and fresh. I think the property needs complete renovation. Thank you

The bathroom show link horrible the toilet seat half way off the room smelled musty the elevator looked unsafe the boarders all around chipped paint peeling uncomfortable hallways heated no ventilation Will never book a holiday inn again

Bathtub had soap scum around the tub. Water would not shut off completely. Value of what I paid was too much for the condition of the room. Lack of pride in cleaning.

Establishment has not yet been updated. Toilet runs. AC leaks. Shower is dirty and molded. All surfaces were dusty including Curtains.

First room had a fire alarm that chirped at intervals. Second room had bedside lamp with broken switch. Toilet flushed very poorly and seemed to run forever. The room was fairly quiet and the breakfast at the hotel was great each morning. Staff was very friendly and did their best but building maintenance is lacking. Middle of the road hotel.

The staff was great but the property is in need of some care! Our TV didn’t work some lights were burnt out! The breakfast area was well kept and stocked well!

Other than the breakfast I didn’t like anything about house keeping service and the leaking faucet in the tub:(
