Great stay for the weekend. Breakfast was good and the room was clean upon arrival. Brief period the TV stopped working but maintenance fixed it within 5 minutes of calling front desk. Great staff and a great stay!

Stay was excellent very convenient traveling in and out the city per public transit one bus gets you into NYC the stop is right across the street from the hotel.

Liked the complimentary breakfast perk and found the transit route decent to get to Manhattan.

Couple of items were not working properly. Door lock. Had to get different keys 4 different times. Exhaust fan in bathroom squeeked. When brought to front desk's attention they said they would have it repaired which never happened.

Hot water went out for a night but everything else was fine

Terrible experience. The staff was not friendly at all. I drove 7 hours and I booked the wrong date by accident. I wanted to cancel because I paid for a room that night.

I really enjoyed my stay the atmosphere was amazing and the hotel was great although I didn’t make it to breakfast my son did and he enjoyed the food. The rooms were clean I even brought my own cleaning supplies and I didn’t even need them the only problem that I had was the toilet in my room kept getting clogged up and we had to keep going to the front desk for toilet paper and I also was blindsided by the security deposit but otherwise I plan on going back there when and if I travel to American Dream again.

The hotel itself is pretty clean. We found a few hairs in the bed. But nothing too bad. The road noise is a bit loud, even if you get a higher floor. The breakfast buffet is good. It’s close to NYC transportation which is good as well.

Very Clean and great staff

Missing hot water in the morning of June 15, made us upset and left the hotel. This is one of the basics of the booking, having the possibility to enjoy the stay taking a bath or a shower

The only thing I didn’t like the pool area was crowded with kids because it’s next to dream mall and indoor waterpark. Also, the pool is very small. The front desk receptionist is so accommodating. I really need to find out her name.

There’s a 3 inch crack at the bottom of every door. People were partying in the hallways all night, where I had to ask them to be quiet three times. And the hot water was out in the hotel so I had to take a cold shower before going to work. I should be getting a refund for this stay complete disgrace.

The place is very great.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I complained about the smell of weed in hall , elevator it was everywhere they did nothing. Absolutely nothing the best part was RUTH!!! She is amazing and they are very lucky to have her. I don’t know why she is at that particular hotel but she is a gem. Property was dirty, indoor pool was gross coffee cold and b’fast was awful. Save yourself the trouble and stay at a better hotel, not here unless you like weed
