I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. The staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The choice at breakfast was amazing and great quality.

Perfect location

Our two night stay was excellent. The room was very clean, comfortable and very quiet. We didn’t use any of the other hotel facilities as we didn’t need them. Breakfast would have been nice however at €20 per head we felt was rather pricey

Great location , friendly staff and nice room. Breakfast was disappointing as I kept waiting for bread to be replenished , the coffee machine didn’t work properly and the pancake I had was rock hard. Otherwise a great stay,

When I arrived at the hotel I was very surprised at the high standard of the hotel. I was allowed to check in a bit earlier which was very helpful. My rooms was furnished to a very high standard with a coffee machine and kettle. The reception staff were very helpful and informative. If I visit this area again in the future, I would use this hotel again.

Nice location, good rooms and good breakfast

We froze told the receptionist she came up played with the temp gauge said thats it fixed no it wasn't went back down no one there 130 euros to freeze wasn't even radiators on in hotel corridors at 1c outside

Very close to square with dining and refreshments close, staff friendly, parking very cheap, good dining options.

Hotel is centrally located and the staff are friendly. The only complaint is no disabled parking.

Very good hotel. Extremely comfortable bed and spotless room, and a good selection at breakfast. Would perhaps have liked a more dedicated bar area instead of the the lobby, but there are a lot of nice bars and restaurants within five minutes walk so not really an issue.

Very nice stay at Novotel in Ypres/Leper. Parking had been a concern, but it turned out to be easy to find on-street parking in the evening (we arrived around 1815) and the hotel staff were very helpful in not only recommending parking options but also providing a parking disc which proved useful. The room was brilliant as well, especially as we had our 2 children who had their own little bedroom with 2 individual beds; had been expecting a sofa-bed but they got proper beds! Great night sleep for all! Great stuff. Then there was also a mini-fridge in the room which was helpful. Definitely recommend this hotel if visiting the town for the service. If you’re also looking for food options in the evening, would highly recommend Captain Cook on the street towards the Meningate and after the 2000 service the restaurant quietens down.

Great stay, great staff but let down by the uncomfortable pillows… The rest was fab
